Thanks for the video. I don't see many of these in my area but I did come across one yesterday. As soon as I saw the red and blue over-current devices I knew what it was. While it appeared to be in good condition I also recommend evaluation. If it were in my own home I would replace it.

(Aside from the lack of stops on the cover - the 2 wire / 3 wire problem seemed to an untrained eye more a function of a bad initial electrician) One other problem, probably due to scarcity, the replacement breakers cost about 3 time the price of a standard breaker. What type of cost is someone looking out to replace the whole box and what is the best replacement?

Few concerns with corrosion in the Mojave Desert. There have been problems with many electrical panels until ~2000.
I always recommend for the panel to be replaced for the safety of the sellers and buyers. Its the breakers that are defective.
My dad has one of these panels in his shop the breakers look like fpe it seems FPE and Zinsco breakers are interchangeable

I have no luck finding a Magnetrip Zinsco single pole 20A breaker this has a screw on two screws points on top and bottom

zinsco will not trip a breaker if you have a short
