Mgoblagulkablong cool for the low spec base model eh? I’m guessing it hasn’t lost a whole lot because the Km is still so low. Most other bottom spec Keis were around 45hp
I have a 1993 Honda Today Pochette two-door model here in Seattle (don't know if there are any others in the U.S.). The car has been a blast to drive and reminds me a lot of my old Honda 600 ZCoupe and 600 Sedan - basic to the extreme, but just get in and go.
I've heard of the Honda Today. For some reason, these weren't sold here in North America. These would be perfect for city driving, because of its size.
I agree. It was a great, functional city car. I don't think any kei class cars were commercially exported out of Japan except for the early Subaru 360's from the 1960's or the Honda Vamos which mainly wound up as golf course vehicles, but there is a great selection of eligible Kei vehicles to import now.
I just got the exact same car today down here in florida and i cant wait to drive as soon as i replace ignition cylinder, got mine for 90 dollars plus shipping 1290 total. 33k kilometers
58 hp out of a 25 year old, naturally aspirated, tiny 659 cc engine, that is amazing! I was expecting around 40 hp for such an engine.

That is really cool to hear! I thought the Today was reminiscent of a much older car, glad another owner shares that opinion! Enjoy your Today!

@@BonsaiRidesImports It's a damn shame that you had to wait 20+ yrs to be allowed to import them. I've never understood why that was the case.

A little correction on the video. the engine in your today makes 47 while the mtrec version makes 58 in the today and 63 in the beat.

Can you tell me where the obd port is
these cars were not OBD compliant. I don't think you will find even an OBD1 port on a Today
@@BonsaiRidesImports thank you i tore car apart trying to find it, ended up being a bad relay
@@BonsaiRidesImports obd one port is under passenger seat I found it just hanging off ecu
interesting. I sold this car from the video about 8 months ago, and never had to look for a port. Is yours an MTREC?
