_On 30/07/23 I take this 21 days challenge_ and come back on 20/08/23. To write that I am complete my challenge. I do not have 5 bad habits but those are 4 bad habits I have I try my best to quit it. As you said you are in 9th std., I don't know about your schedule for school and tuitions but I would suggest to study for as much time as you can allocate. And remember this time must be minimum 3-4 hours per day. Here is a golden advice - 1) Avoid fapping (This will destroy your energy, control your urge) 2) Avoid communication with girls (You will get distracted easily if you don't)

Best way to conquer sitting too much habit is to use public transport(while standing) 🧍to travel to your workplace.. It reduces pollution💨 and also very cheap in comparison to personal vehicle🙇

My 21 days challenge include
1. No Porn
2. Mai time ko waste nahi, invest karunga study prr.
3. No sugar ( ye bahot tough hone wala hai mere liye kyoki meri ragon me chai doudti hai).
4. Scroll nahi karunga sirf YT prr classes loonga bss and fir phone rakh doonga.
5. Khade rehkar revision karunga.
6. Koi kaam talunga nahi krna hai toh krna hai.
1- do exercise
2- less scrolling
3- info overload
4- no music
5- do meditation atleast 10min
