    I'm thankful to Seeken that I have already overcame the habit of zombie scrolling, information overload and toxic eating habits in the past.
    But I still have long way to go. From today, I'm starting 21 days challenge to remove 3 habits which are: Social isolation, Poor sleep pattern and Not exercising.

    I'll stop these 3 bad habits which I think is destroying me badly..
    1. Smoking
    2. Pornography
    3. Zombie scrolling
    I'll also try to adhere goods habits for next 21 days.
    1. Eat healthy
    2. Daily exercise for half an hour.
    3. Master a skill which is pending on Udemy since 3 months.
    I challenge myself to do it in next 21 days. If I succeed, I'll edit comment with positive thoughts.

    _On 30/07/23 I take this 21 days challenge_ and come back on 20/08/23. To write that I am complete my challenge. I do not have 5 bad habits but those are 4 bad habits I have I try my best to quit it. Goal= Habit no. 2,5,8,9 I will quit them completely.     I quit my smoking habit in 120 days so I know the power of habit, whatever building or quitting. Im also building my muscle strong 💪🏻💪🏻 by excercising daily.

    Jitna consistent rahoge utna habit build ya bad habits break karpaoge
    Atomic habits
    good habits - make it attractive
    Bad habits - make it unattractive
    Good habits - make sure its easily accessible
    Bad habits - make sure its hard to get access to it
    Good habits - build a pattern
    Bad habits - break the pattern
    There are more also dopamine detox is another good book 📚 n there are many more books related to habits building and breakin 😇✌️

      @@jaymataji7484 I have completed MCA and now I'm preparing for IT companies interviews. As I have no college as well as job, I can study for minimum 10 hours daily. As you said you are in 9th std., I don't know about your schedule for school and tuitions but I would suggest to study for as much time as you can allocate. And remember this time must be minimum 3-4 hours per day.
      Here is a golden advice -
      1) Avoid fapping (This will destroy your energy, control your urge)
      2) Avoid communication with girls (You will get distracted easily if you don't)

    I am going to work on these three habits:
    1. Zombie Scrolling
    2. Maintaing a balance diet and stop eating zunk food
    3. Stopping sitting much and will try to work as much as possible from my end
    Furthermore, I'll try to work on one another habit which is stop eating sugar in the next 21 days. I am fond of eating sweet food but I know this is not good for my health, hence, I'll try to reduce it as much as possible.

    Best way to conquer sitting too much habit is to use public transport(while standing) 🧍to travel to your workplace..
    It reduces pollution💨 and also very cheap in comparison to personal vehicle🙇

    My 21 days challenge include
    1. No Porn
    2. Mai time ko waste nahi, invest karunga study prr.
    3. No sugar ( ye bahot tough hone wala hai mere liye kyoki meri ragon me chai doudti hai).
    4. Scroll nahi karunga sirf YT prr classes loonga bss and fir phone rakh doonga.
    5. Khade rehkar revision karunga.
    6. Koi kaam talunga nahi krna hai toh krna hai.

    3- info overload
    4- no music
    5- do meditation atleast 10min
    I know last k 2 list me nahi thi par ye mai khd se krne wala hun agle 21 din k liye
