पत्तागोभी से बनायें झटपट मज़ेदार नाश्ता, cabbage ka nasta, healthy breakfast recipe, band gobi ka nasta, cabbage pancake, cabbage cheela, breakfast recipe
Portion servings: 4-5 pax
Preparation time: 60 mins
Cooking time: 45 mins
Ingredients:
Cabbage grated 400 gms
Carrot grated 1 pc
Salt ½ tsp
Curry leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Rice soaked 1 cup
Potato boiled 3 small pieces
Ginger 1 inch pc
Green chilli 2 pcs
Water as required
Onion chopped 1 pc
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Blackpepper crushed a pinch
For raw mango chutney:
Raw mango dices 1 cup
Green chilli 2 pcs
Ginger ½ inch
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Fresh coconut ¼ cup
Peanuts without skin ¼ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Water as required
Oil 1 tbsp
Chana dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Blackpepper 4-5 pcs
Dry red chilli 2 pcs
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Hing ½ tsp
Curry leaves 12-15 pcs

But isn't the nutrients of cabbage n carrot going down the drain? Instead of using water couldn't the veg water be used? Would like to make this. Pls advise.

Somehow I feel from the centre it may remain kaccha . Will know when I will try it out
Now it is rainy season and all vegetables specially leafy vegetables, cabbage etc can have worms,so it's better to soak them in soda bi carb and salt solution.chopping is best option them grating.I will definitely try this recipe.Thanks a lot.😊
