Chad thanks for the video, I have the exact same starter that has failed on my Iseki TS4510. I am trying to source best option in Australia. Still finding hard to find the Isuzu 2AB1 in Australia. I was wondering if you could please post the serial number on your new starter which may help me source one in Australia rather than paying absorbent postage fees from the States. Many thanks!
Here is a link to the starter I bought off ebay, there is allot of good part info references in the description, hopefully they would help. rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F283545392739 The numbers that were on my new starter are : 130 502 092 050 201 128 good luck, and let me know what you find. Chad
@@kevinleonard62 Hi Kevin, I found a starter that worked for me at www.eBay.com.au/itm/182665966761 (Australia eBay). Perfect fit except I had to lengthen the engagement sprocket of the starter motor as it was only just engaging and then would slip. I did this by removing a part but I can't remember which one so it would shoot more forward into the fly wheel. I guess this would be Vauxhall in IRE. Hope you have a win. Good luck!
i just had to do the same repair i just used a crowfoot to get to the bolts and it worked great
What kind of motor oil and transmission fluid do you use on your bolens g244
