Hello Lance! My wife and I want to move to Tampa. There are a lot of suburbs and residential communities surrounding Tampa. We've narrowed down a couple and I was wondering what your opinions are on them. We really like the Cypress Creek community in Ruskin and Mirabay Community in Apollo Beach. If you know anything about these two please let me know what you think.
Hi lance, thank you for all your vids. I have watched every one. I have a question. I am currently in the process of purchasing a home. Our closing is in 3 weeks. My husband and I are going to get new phones. This would require a credit check and then installment payments for a new phone. Should this effect the loan/closing process?
Lance, can you give a ballpark estimate of how much house you can buy with above average credit and 3.5% down and not going over $1400 - $1500 a month? I see that Florida has a higher property tax than Nevada so I was curious. I’m also looking to relocate to the Tampa area possibly this year as well. Thanks and great videos.
