- In this video I explained skills and mindset needed to speak English.
1. One's desire to speak English determines whether one succeeds or not.
2. One should be bold and audacious to speak English.
3. Seize the opportunity to speak English.
4. Don't believe that 'You have to think in English to speak in English.
5. Believe that few people are capable of pointing out your mistakes in English.
5a. Even if someone knows your English is bad, they are not going to make fun of you.
5c. Be humble at all times. I have never seen a pugnacious man attack a humble one.
Be humble. Continue speaking English to whatever extent you can. Leave all the apprehensions behind and march forward. No one is better than you because you are persistently striving to reach the goal.
If anybody laughs at you, remember " a learned fool is more foolish than an ignorant fool", ignore them. If you are a good student, you will definitely find a better teacher.
Really we are learning a lot from our Guru Sri Srinivas garu.
All the best in your present and future endeavours.
This is the best piece of advice for anyone who wants to learn to speak English. To be honest, this passage is far better and more convincing than my class.

Good, Raj Kumar.
Naku unna depression ki only stress buster meere Sir. I pretend as if I am the happiest person, despite innumerable struggles. Life lo ye interest Naku ledu. I work as an Assistant Professor at a Degree college in Vizag. Not even a speck of delight is found in my life. Nevertheless, it is you, who I truly adore, and I even listen to your previous lectures as a daily ritual to keep my depression at bay
Dear Shyam,
In my view, depression is more physiological than psychological. If we give in to it, it can take a heavy toll on both our inner and outer selves. You become isolated from society, preferring to distance yourself from family and friends, thereby depriving yourself of the joy you experience when you are with your loved ones.
For some, it may take years, but eventually a time comes when you realise how unwise it was to remain in that cocoon of so-called depression. By then, you will recognise how much happiness you lost, but those moments are lost in eternity. Life is short, so make it a happier one.
If you find it difficult to conquer depression psychologically, you can approach it physiologically. Always maintain good posture -- never droop. Keep your body upright and consciously take deep breaths. Avoid shallow breathing. The intake of more oxygen can play a positive role in overcoming depression.
I was in your state for twenty long years, and now I realised my follies. Sadly, I can't reclaim my lost time. So don't fall into the same trap. Spend more time with your family and visit new places -- not just temples. Take courage. Take regular exercise. Meditation also helps in combating depression.
Finally,
Our lives are songs:
God writes the words,
And we set them to music at leisure;
And the song is sad, or the song is glad,
As we choose to fashion the measure.
"We must write the song
Whatever the words,
Whatever its rhyme or meter;
And if it is sad, we must make it glad,
And if sweet, we must make it sweeter."
