A mod that I and my friends always use is called "No Meth for AI, just say no" And essentially the mod brings down the level of aggressiveness the suspect AI has and stops them from strafe run mag dumping you with perfect accuracy, it also increases the enemy chance of surrendering as well as stopping them from shooting through walls amongst other improvements to make them just overall better to fight against.
@@blakeluvsu1 They've made quite a few mods, you can actually get them in the ingame mod downloader which is convenient. Oh yeah something I forgot to mention is that it also adjusts depending on which faction you're fighting. Meaning the crackheads usually go down without much of a fight but the Left Behind will still give you a run for your money, just without the necksnapping auto aim and the wallbanging

Have you ever played six days in Fallujah? i personally liked the fact that in that game the gun is always in low ready and you need to aim to bring it up not like in most shooters where its always pointing by default, its not important but tbh i liked that and hope other fps games do it as well.

I needed to take a break from this game due to the AI. I’ve completed every map without officer/civie casualties, except for port hoken. That map, along with mindjot, make me believe that they didn’t play test their game before pushing the update. Along with every other behavioral problem with the AI, those two maps exemplify two major issues with them. On mindjot, they get wallhacks and on port they can instantly spot you from across the map in stormy night conditions. The AI is fundamentally flawed, and I hope they can fix it soon or I might just have to resort to mods just to make it fun and fair.

Nah, a lot of the AI issues particularly pertaining to less lethal are due to typos in the un-modded game's code. For example the CS and pepper spray has a negative integer for suspect morale causing it to increase instead of decrease , which in turn makes suspects unwilling to comply at all.
@@TomiTom1234 not that ive seen, ive had some full finished that have been saved.. you might have to clear the replay folder from the actual game file to make room for new ones

I find they still shoot at you through walls but they don't track you through the wall like they are using wall hacks anymore with that mod.
I stopped playing ready or not after this huge update just because of the AI. Hopefully when I try this mod it's a better experience.

I did a ironman run that ended getting wallbanged on mindjot and i was so pissed lol theyll fix it soon (hopefully)
More or less all AI are better than John Wick.

Definitely a possibility, but it’s not a great way to create difficulty in my opinion. Thats what this mod aims to fix

I played for 30 minutes and never touched the game again, the AI is fucking busted I may have to try with this mod
if you enjoy tactical shooters i would highly recommend trying it with this mod. it improves the gameplay SIGNIFICANTLY
How do you change the camera angle in the footage?
I got the footage from a replay from one of the game files, u can see em on rhe main menu!
