I opted for IPS and wait for cadre . I got West Bengal cadre . I love to be an IPS and admire IPS . However, I studied hard to contribute something to Naga people . Since I had the option to come back as EAC through service Lein rules , I came back to EAC . So it’s not about IPS or EAC . It’s about the cadre . Though I am not fortunate enough to get Nagaland cadre , I love teaching and sharing my strategy to clear UPSC and NPSC , hence cofounded Toppers Academy
