at the beginning were boring and regular questions.
i don't understand german, but according to the female translator he asked Aliya in the end: "you won the gold medal today, what should i do to make you smile?" and she laughed, then he said "spasibo" in russian which means "thanks" and she said "you're welcome", that's all.
for rio i am going to have to find out if i can watch the bbc coverage online

OMG is that Ana porgras @0:03 ? I really miss her :( she was really good but sadly she had too many injuries, she got an injury while she was in the training camp, she had a chance to go to the Olympics :(, but anyway, mustafina is amazing!

@chrislindsey14 well that kinda sucks becasue Elite gymnasts are supossed to be trained to speak and do interviews. Its a thing called media training and when your a World Champion you need to be comfortable doing interviews and talking to people.

@sigaljarby well it kinda is because the whole point of an interview is for the viewers and to hear what she has to say. But after winning the world champiosnips all she has to say is "yes and no" apparently! its boring and if thats not the main issue than what is???

His first question was something like: "How hard was it for you to win or how easy was it to become world champion today?" (Which is not a very good question for an interview, so it's a good thing the translator made something up :D)
