Aliya's mental tenacity powers her through despite being not 100% her full potential. Her maturity, slow and steady approach plays a big role in her comeback. I wish her to be in the pink of health so that she could peak come 2020. I would love to see her bring back her inbars and eponymous dismount in UB, a stuck DTY in vault, a solid beam routine and a 4 pass floor exercise with increased difficulty not to mention her classic Russian style :-)
I see your comments all the time! Im not completely versed on the way gymnastics works but I am a huge fan. Do you think mustafina is a contender for Tokyo?
@@salmabenmoussa9417 I honestly hope for Vika and Ponor to comeback. I'm also excited to watch Memmel's comeback though I'm not a fan of her but the thought of her coming back after a very long time would open the door for other retired gymnasts to have a second thought.
@@misoginainternalizadaopres7131 at the same time, Sunisa Lee and Nina Derwael don't do inbars and they're among the highest scoring bar workers right now...
@@misoginainternalizadaopres7131 Yes that's true, but I still think there are other ways for Mustafina to get those kinds of scores... Super long connections for example, that's something Sunisa and Nina do as well. And someone here said she's been training a Fabrichnova, that would add 0.2 on its own
We miss her. I don’t like Olly’s commentary (in general). I know he’s only trying to be respectful, but sometimes it’s just too much. Say nothing rather than try to make a silk purse from a sow’s ear (I don’t mean this routine).
It usually takes a while after pregnancy and breastfeeding for hormones to get back in balance, so she's probably dropping the extra pregnancy fat she had to carry.
Misógina internalizada Opresora héteropatriarcal It’s because beam kind of freaks her out for some reason, which is sad cause from what I saw/heard she always nails her beam routine in practice
I cannot believe this was her last competition, what an Icon
She retired as an AA champion. That's so amazing.
"Not just a gymnast, also a story teller" 😄❤️

I saw somewhere that she is currently training a Ricna and Fabrichnova on bars and a Double Layout on floor
She just keeps getting better! I keto seeing comments like "oh she needs to upgrade".... NOT YET!! She is perfectly pacing for next year!! Well done!!

JoJo x, Kim Williams and some people who often comment are those who are knowledgeable about gymnastics. Much appreciated!
Mustafina, the Queen returns. All else flounder muahahaha But seriously, she is amazing and will be long remembered.
And people thought she was going to retire after 2016 lol
Now she has officially retired. I will definitely miss her and her gymnastics.
Incredible. She is just amazing.
My 1/2 queen is officially back! I'm calling out my other 1/2 queen Vika to also come back to elite please!
That would be awesome! 🤗♥️👑
Yeah I hope Viktoria makes a comeback!!

It's always nice to her amazing performance,,,,I like her ,,,from Pakistan
Love love love Mustafina..such a powerful and absolutely beautiful gymnast❤❤
The queen of gymnastics in Russia.
I wanna say i love her... I am from indonesia... 😊🙏
Her UB always good
Sad her difficult score is not enought
@000111 she said she is not going to bring inbars back... but who knows? After her injury in 2011 she brought back some of her old skills
@000111 Yeah, I don't think there is a way to replace inbars

The Queen 👸👑
Queen of the world
Miss u queen
i love her, i dont wanna be mean, but in beam she looks so heavy to move
копия Веры Звонарёвой из тенниса!?
We miss her.

Is it me or does she look thinner?
I agree she's in better shape..
@@hidayatosman4786 Yeah, looks better than 2018

@@Andrew-pf5fj that explains it - I noticed the belly and had the feeling she's actually fat (the upper part of the body)...
It has been 2 years since the birth. She's getting back to normal
She keeps saying that beam in the easiest apparatus, yet I have not see her doing it without a fall since 2016 lol

When she hits, she wins the gold medal, when she doesn't, the mistake keeps getting in her head and the whole routine crumbles.
Huh? Literally all of 2018 worlds
