This build is sweet! BUT videos like this drive me crazy at the same time. It's sorta miss leading, they're always the same. Somebody claims to do a super cheap budget build, but they always have everything they need to do the build, or in this case, extra parts laying around. bro you got like 6k in parts paid for or not they still count on the build. your numbers are way off. no disrespect i love the car and i build custom defenders so i respect your talents but calling out a budget build with your endless freebees, i see weighing in over 6k...not in the same class. gotta think if my dad gave me a r34 for free then i could call it a under $500 street racer would you like me calling out your CRX?
Henry McNeil no he’s right . This build is worse than a diabetic kid lying about eating cake. Nothing of the build is close to 500$ in total amount spent .

It's not a "$500" build if all the parts added up aren't that amount of money. I understand you got a lot of freebies or gifts but it's not really fair to call out diymike and say this build is cheaper when clearly you are ignoring the way they priced their build

Nice clickbait with the "$500", but having tons of parts sent to you for free or ridiculously cheap, i.e. $250 for a turbo that's worth $1400+ , def a cool car but come on man.
@@ShrinkWrapping doesn't make him any less wrong no matter what way you slice this even though it's pretty obvious it can't be done with this car the video is pure clickbait
If he didn’t spend shit on the parts it doesn’t add to the price. If you fucking go out and do research and snooping around craigslist you can find some of those parts for free
Clean styling, nice work! You made the money go further than a lot of people talking shit would have. And an H22 came with the car basically for free. I think people are hating that you came out with that. Me? I'm happy someone used their skills and posted it. Keep wrenching, man!

Not hating just venting
Thats why he was getting hate from people after trying to race ACTUAL budget builds like the DIYMike car. Those guys used oil drained out of another car due for an oil change to keep the cost down.
brother way to go . i wish i lived next to you . i would had shed some sweat and blood with you on that build. gotta wear a mask while spraying. throw some marbles in the paint next time
Man this is dope! I got a 95 acura integra wit vtec in it and rebuilding it now
Crazy shit so I had another youtube account and I followed you ever since I started watching people on UA-cam. So pretty much you were the first car channel I actually started watching. Now I have a new youtube account that I use because I forgot my password and everything for my old account. Glad I was able find your channel again❤️❤️❤️.
Thank you for the inspiration Ystatic. Your videos are super freaking helpful. I’m building my first project car EF and I know it’s gonna turn out sick. Go hard OG
The CRX was way ahead of its time.
Definitely would like to see that battle I am glad that you are taking the extra steps to boost content by challenging other UA-camrs very smart💯💯💯
From nothing to something ...badass crx bro
4:45 .... Until you've started up a motor that you had no hope for and then fix it and it runs perfectly, you just don't realize how good it feels to hear a healthy motor. 👍😌
Man this is my first time watching this channel and I just wanted to say this took me back to the old days when I grew up with all my old friends and all we did was spend time building Hondas and racing and re building again lol .
Awesome work by the way brother you should open a shop for real !
I have a 1,500 hp Bugatti Chiron build that I did for free! I didn’t include the cost of actually buying the car but that’s a free 1,500 hp
I hate ppl like u
@@thicok4555 same
bro you got like 6k in parts paid for or not they still count on the build. your numbers are way off. no disrespect i love the car and i build custom defenders so i respect your talents but calling out a budget build with your endless freebees, i see weighing in over 6k...not in the same class. gotta think if my dad gave me a r34 for free then i could call it a under $500 street racer would you like me calling out your CRX?
bro try some peanut butter to go with your Jelly
@@ShrinkWrapping fuck off fanboy. he's right
@@wholeass83 r/woooosh take a joke
This thing waxes stock r34's lol
Henry McNeil no he’s right . This build is worse than a diabetic kid lying about eating cake. Nothing of the build is close to 500$ in total amount spent .
Bad ass job bro keep up the good work 👍💪🇺🇸🇵🇷
Man seeing this brings back so many memories. I had A 91 crx Si as a daily driver that was a show car and a 90 EF Si hatchback with a swapped LS Vtec. Message me if you want to see pics. I love you ve seeing others who love these cars like I do.
Just found ur vids to night. Wtf. What a steal!! 300 on a crx , and easiest fix. Damn. I know civic hb 90s but no where as good as u. Keep it up. Enjoy the vids a lot.
Static always with the quality!
Love the hbseries content. My guess is your gonna switch out the trans when going turbo seeing how your going through the trap into of 4th? Love the build. Wish you would stay n/a. But best of luck hitting 10s
It's not a "$500" build if all the parts added up aren't that amount of money. I understand you got a lot of freebies or gifts but it's not really fair to call out diymike and say this build is cheaper when clearly you are ignoring the way they priced their build
you sir smell like Rhubarb Jelly
I haven't owned a Honda since high school and shortly after dropped the Turner world for the V-8's. But I love down to earth backyard or driveway mechanics kinda channel man. Watched this whole video and gave you a thumbs up and a subscribe! Keep up the good work man!
Est on here only person that kept it 100 % real. Much love bro keep grindin..
Yes mike lives in Vegas.
Iamjdmgear he moved to North Carolina
Wow badass can wait for the drag race👍
Fuck the ears
Shots fired 😏
takumi kuruzagi my bet is the crx all motor is faster than the Vegas car
billy bob it's not. the pink widow hit 11.6 on the first pass with a slipping clutch if I'm not mistaken.
Cant believe it took me this long to find a good video like this stay humbled bros much love from vegas
Man this video was made 1 year ago but I'm planning to build my nissan sentra 1994 but with a budget since but also decided to save up around 2k to put time and work into my car this video inspired me alot to get into the career of mechanics keep up the good videos
Bloodclat yo I like this 🤣🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
Nice clickbait with the "$500", but having tons of parts sent to you for free or ridiculously cheap, i.e. $250 for a turbo that's worth $1400+ , def a cool car but come on man.
hey bud, I hate to tell you this but we can see your Jealousy
@@ShrinkWrapping doesn't make him any less wrong no matter what way you slice this even though it's pretty obvious it can't be done with this car the video is pure clickbait
If he didn’t spend shit on the parts it doesn’t add to the price. If you fucking go out and do research and snooping around craigslist you can find some of those parts for free
What’s going on with your ear?
It's on boost!
Clean styling, nice work! You made the money go further than a lot of people talking shit would have.
And an H22 came with the car basically for free. I think people are hating that you came out with that. Me? I'm happy someone used their skills and posted it. Keep wrenching, man!
This is the definition of the honda build man! Awesome work bro! You have inspired me to keep up my honda and to know what a budget build will be.
My dad gave me his old Tesla model s. I think i have the fastest car for the price!
Tyler Johnson model s is 80k
@@carlozzz3300 lol and this civic costs more than 500$
Doesn't count it was given to you. He actually bought this from someone else that he did not personally know... It's luck don't be so jelly bitch
Inspiration 💪🏼
I wish you was my neighbour
WHAT A FIND BRO! You make me miss my old CrX's soooo much! Good shit my dood, keep up the great content. You deserve everything coming to you.
Why would people dislike this video, dude is seems happy and passionate, hard quality to find in people these days.
