Dunno if season 2 would be worth it. I mean, season one was just a gift for the late Terry Prachett, and there's only the one book. It seems like all the "sequel" stuff Neil talked about with Terry has already happened on the show as well (like the extra angels and the switcheroo). As exciting as further stories with Aziraphale and Crowley (and maybe even Newt and Anathema! I love them!) would be, I can see very few writers able to do them justice, given Neil will be too busy returning to writing his novels and such. I would rather have no sequel/season 2 at all than a bad one, or a stupid "(toxic) fan catering" one, or anything like what was done when other series have run out of source material to go on. Frankly, I like just rewatching the six fabulous episodes we got. They're perfect.

If you're ever looking for some good extra Good Omens stories to fill the void left over from the show however, there's this really cool fan writer, I think her name's LadyWallace, who does amazing little stories about Aziraphale and Crowley through history. She did one about them in Rome rescuing children from Slavers and it's one of the best things I ever read. Sadly a lot of the fandom is just smutty wish fulfillment but you do find the occasional gem.

@@dizes4486 erm, I don't actually have Amazon prime. I had to wait for Good Omens to come out on DVD before I watched it. So I can't say what else is good there. But if you like Gaiman, you might try Stardust (movie 2007) if you haven't seen it already, it's pretty good. I've heard a lot of people really like Neverwhere and Lucifer but I have not seen those myself. Theres always American Gods, but again I haven't seen it yet and many of the reviews I read were rather mixed. I can recommend the radio adaptation of Good Omens, it's a little different from the show but it's good. If you get the most recent version, there's also bloopers.

He read the line where I put "What are they putting in banannas these days?!" and started to laugh confusely to the point that I had to show him this video!
