I’ve had my Fireteam for 2 years. I haven’t broke anything and bashed it pretty hard on all types of terrain. I have 12 RC cars and it’s, by far, the toughest. Tons of UA-cam videos out there showing love and durability of this RC.
You are right, it’s a super tough truck. He clearly is super bias and wants to be opposite the other videos for the sake of being contrarian and because he really disliked the body style look
Other people clearly don’t bash as hard as I do. For my purposes. It’s too weak
Everyone wants to be Kevin Talbot, but most find out they just messed up their expensive RC without having Kevin’s budget to fix it🤣

Brush up on your driving skills . I have had the Fireteam for 3 years it's bashed hard and the only RC in my collection that I have never replaced a single part .
Haha clearly you have no bashed it hard enough. Thing is good for about 15 minutes before something breaks
@@WickedRemoteControl honestly the cosmetics being the only damages after all those terrible landings is impressive enough.
Nothing will take any of what you did to that thing.
No RC body can survive roof abuse at those speeds, it's your money though.
I will agree with you about the body panels. The screw heads are too small, so the panels will easily rip through, The rest of it has held up pretty good so far. I think that intentionally trashing an RC is a little overdone. This was the first and last video of yours I will be watching!!

Dude what are you talking about? These arrma rigs are the most durable RCs around out of the box. It’s amazing how good they are
You are a little late to the party on the fireteam because everyone knows how good of a rc that thing is. I have like 18 different rc's and the fireteam i have is one of my favorites and i beat the hell out of it and have not broken anything really. I think it is like these other guys are saying you can't drive for shit and you don't know what you are talking about.
100 percent agree, couldn't even watch the whole video cause how annoying this guy is. Talking crap about such an incredible RC. I own 35 RCs and the Fireteam is one of the greatest RCs I own.

Haven't even watched yet but anyone who says the Fireteam isn't great isn't a person to take advice from. I've got a ton of big expensive rigs and the Fireteam is my favorite. It's the best all around RC in my opinion. I'm clicking off now so more of my time isn't wasted.
@@WickedRemoteControl there is a difference between "bashing hard" and just Sledge hammering it. All you did this video was Sledge hammer it. No RC takes what you were doing. Go watch guys like Rich Duperbash, RCDude, Thunder RC, KamakaziRC.. those guys bash hard, but know how to drive.

Any body will break with intentional crashes, Although im not a fan of Arrma cars, the Fireteam is really durable!!!!

All R/C's break at some point..No R/C is unbreakable Fireteam is a pretty tough car, I'm not even an Arrma fan im just honest...
Yeah, but the way you just dropped it at max speed on its head will obviously break stuff. I have a Fireteam now for 2 years and i broke stuff, but never intentionally tried to do that. So if you wanna test it to see if it will break and try hard to do so, it will break, like any other rc.
The body panels aren't the strongest, i agree. But most rc's just have such a plain body without any detail. Take x-maxx for instance. One of the strongest rc's ever, but man what a boring site to look at. This i why chose Fireteam.
So this is not a way to review an rc at all.

Honestly just the body breaking from all those bad landings is a miracle. Not many RCs would have taken even 1 of those landings. Who cares about the body? The Mojave 6S is almost the same truck and it takes a BEATING. But the body posts don't last long. At least the fireteam was only breaking cosmetics

Did people drive RC cars on skate parks before UA-cam? I haven't been in the hobby that long, it feels wrong and some honest reviews from people who really know about the subject come up short in my opinion.

Some people did. Back then it was more of how long can you make it last as opposed to these days where it’s how fast can we destroy it! 😂 Money wasn’t thrown around so vastly then vs now either.
Rarely, its talbot kidification of RC land vehicle driving. I have never used a skate park and i have owned RC's since 2002 lol.
Idk. I love driving there just because it's fun. I usually try not to break stuff so just jumping and hooning around the concrete is a blast. But big sends were made popular by guys like Kevin Talbot, who just break stuff for content because it's fun when you have money and time to fix em all the time lol.

5 min earlier: 60 foot jump into a hard HARD corner block of metal and wood.
10 min earlier: a 20 foot high, 30 foot long jump into a telephone pole roof first, falls on the roof.
20 min earlier: jumping 30-40 foot high and landing on everything but the shocks.

So you clearly have a very bias PRE-formed opinion about this vehicle before you bought it, opened it, and ran it. You then proceeded to prove yourself wrong over and over, yet claiming it was confirming your pre-formed opinion. You then proceed to say you had a little fun but not that much fun with it, despite your own video recording you having a blast and freaking out about the awesome jumps lmao.
You need to be more aware of your own confirmation bias and keep an open mind when testing and reviewing things.
This video is just a bias opinion on piece and not a review of any kind.

Fyi the front was not cracked and was made that way. The front body piece is the most durable out of all the body pieces.
When you intentionally try to break a RC to support your personal opinion of it… we aren’t impressed! It was apparent you made no effort to do a quality review, not to mention you purposely slammed it during your poor landing attempts. Thanks Kev Jr.
😂😂😂 you have not seen me intentionally trying to break a car till you have seen my other videos. This car does have enough torque to spin it upright when it’s in the air. Another think on the list of why it’s not a good car.

The body is actually about $200. But I did some things to mine that made it more durable and it’s been good.
What did you do to it?
I added more screws to the upper party of the body with small standoffs where necessary. There are factory holes all around that you can use. I also used 2.5mm cup head washers on the outside to increase the outer holding surface area. But to be clear, these bodies are pure garbage and meant to generate money for arrma.

Im new to the hobby and i know to each is own, but i would think when you purposely try to break something by bashing it , you will succeed at somepoint ! Its not always the product , guess im old because i was taught to take care of my stuff and use common sense ...can see it now ! Dad i jumped it at a concrete park landed wrong and it broke...lmao i learned early 😂
The point of my channel is to push each car to its limit. This car handles substantially less than most. That was the point of the video. Not to baby it.
