    I started walking 2 weeks ago I'm now up to 12,000 steps per day and it's a helping me lose inches and weight thank you💕

    cela fait une semaine que j'ai commencé les excercices avec vous et je sents et je vois déjà des transformations sur l'ensemble de mon corps. Je me sents beaucoup mieux dans mon corps. Merci j'ai retrouvé confiance en moi.

      it depends on many factors like your current body weight, the calories you eat, the food etc.. it really is different from one person to another, good luck 💪❤️

    How much weight and fat will I loss with this work out and how long would it be before I see a difference how much will I loss like in days or weeks if days how many if weeks how many in it I trying loss all over my body fat and weight please let me know back thank you 😊 🙂

      it depends on how often you workout, you might lose around 250 Calories, good luck 💪❤️
