It's the sauce that makes these chicken thighs baked in the oven in their own juices smothered by the creamy lemon butter sauce. The smoky paprika permeates into the sauce and through the chicken meat. Baked with baby spinach, this dish would go well with a side of simply boiled pasta to absorb this delicious sauce. Simple and tasty!

Oh my! I made this last night and it totally exceeded my expectations! It was delicious and my family wanted more! I will have to make a bigger batch next time.
Another winner Joel, i prefer thigh meat over breast meat, personally, i think it has more flavor. Also, right at the end, since you already have thyme in the recipe, i like to place some fresh tarragon over the top of the chicken. I think the lemon gives the tarragon more pop. Keep em' coming Joel, your recipes are great.

OMG, so delicious! It’s all about the SMOKED paprika that I have never used before, this recipe was an exotic taste explosion. I followed the recipe exactly except subbed frozen for fresh spinach and can’t wait to make it again, these recipes are great.

I did this dish and it went superrr..... but I did not have Heavi Cream and I used normal Milk and the normal Parmesan Cheese I mean not the fresh one and all family really like it..... i will do again this week. Is delicious

I made this dish last night. I only had two thighs attached to the legs - however, it worked out fine... a little hard to eat tho; but it was still very delicious. I thought the sauce was thin. I would have liked it a little thicker. I tried reducing it for a while, but I couldn't get it to the texture I was looking for. I'll try it again sometime with just thighs and more reduction. Thank you Chef!

how do you think this would turn out if you have a lid on it while it cooked? I only ask is because it seems like a different take on a coq au vin but with the the lid on your braiser.
