I'm about a year late, but I believe that I see the problem. Or, at least, I was stumped for over an hour. Silly me!!!
Android showed two apps, so being in a rush, I downloaded the first app and everything seemed to pair up, but nothing was functional on the watch.
After fumbling around for almost an hour, I realized that the second app in the store was actually the correct one.
Pairing should be simple once you have the correct app. If you are having difficulties, perhaps you (like me) are using the incorrect app.
Smartwatch/Smartphone... needs the proper app. DUH 🤗
I let watching the slowest unpacking ever hoping to see how to turn on Bluetooth but you just kept going repeatedly into all the menus & finding nothing I wanted to see! 🙈

How do you do the weather?
First need to connect the watch to the App then can swipe the watch from bottom to top to find the weather icon.

@KidneyGirl91: I am sure that you found an answer by now, but for any new people, with the same question:
Once the watch is in BP mode it IS functioning.
The reading remains blank for about 30 seconds, then the results will appear.
I find that gently pressing the watch firmly to my wrist gives a slightly better reading. IDK.

The time and date is set by the phone after connected to the app. Time and date can't be changed on the watch.

The watch is running BT 5.0, which is light years ahead of the old BT v2.
For the new people, if you can not automatically connect, the first thing to check is if you have the correct app.
With a relatively new phone model and the correct app, the watch is just turned on (no pairing mode needed). The app is installed and opened.
The app (your phone) will automatically find the watch and, literally, all you need to do is click "YES," in the app.
That simple... 👍🏿 1- 2- 3 bam
How do you do the flashlight??
Does it really have a flashlight?? Man I got jipped if so.... Have no feature that is like a flashlight on my watch

How set the date & EST
They are set the same as the phone when connecting the watch to the APP.
My step counter has stopped working after 1 year, I may have done something wrong. Can any one help trouble shoot this?

I just got the watch today and I can't figure out how to chance the date or time on the watch. Can anyone help?
You need to pair it with your phone and it should update the date and time
Do it from the app on your phone. On the bottom it should show different options. Go under watch icon & others to set time, etc. In still trying to figure out how to answer a call & text. Never did get to that. More than a little frustrated to see this video got to everything but.

@cisseadama4863: I am in the United States. The Popglory model here only receives message notifications. Can not reply.
The model here also does not make or receive phone calls.
BUT: Phone permission and Message permission must be turned on. And, of course, be sure DND (do not disturb) is off.

Time is same as phone.
1. Set time in your phone 2. Connect the watch with app 3. Go to "Homepage" and pull down to sync the data.

Go on the app, along the bottom go to watch icon, click 'others'. If you're looking for 'standard' cst, put it on 12 hour instead of 24.
I think I'm going to give up and return it
