There are pawpaws galore in Indiana. Great tropical flavor. Lots of beautiful natives here. Wild blackberries are fire. Persimmons and may apples are good too, even passion fruit is native. It's probably rabbits rodents and deer eating your trees. I have the same issue. You are going to have to protect the trunks if you don't want to lose all of your plants.
We LOVE Jung seeds company for our bare root trees, and other fruiting plants!! They have amazing customer service, and the trees are a better size than some other places (like gurneys) that we’ve bought from. I also like the way they ship them. I’ve heard a LOT of people love fedco seeds as well. But we’ve never purchased from them. We also got our grapes, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries from Indiana Berry Company. They are also a great company. I’ve been impressed with the root systems on what we’ve received from them. One of our bare root elderberries had a MASSIVE root system. I could have used it as a broom. 😂
Hi! I’m so sorry I’m just now responding. We have VERY slow internet here. But will hopefully FINALLY be upgrading with in the month, and I will be posting more! I have not grown them YET! But I’m hoping to add more bare root plants this coming spring, and that is DEFINITELY one on the list! 🙂
I’m sorry. I’m completely new to youtube videos, and doing everything through my phone. I’ve had multiple issues with uploading and editing. Thank you for your feedback.
Beautiful place. I can't wait to see how it looks during summer.
I plan to do another tour, once things start waking up more. They are just now starting to, so probably with in the next few weeks.

Wait to see if those nibbled trees come back from the roots. Use staked wire çages to prevent loss.
great video!
Glad you enjoyed it! I’m planning to do another one here once things start to wake up. I’ve added a TON of new plants!
Thank you #SaveSoil #Consciousplanet
I don't mean to the bearer of bad news but a stop sign is an octagon in the bay window analogy haha
My marshmallow went berzerk and is rapidly taking over the back yard. May be better in a container unless this message reaches to too late. 😂
I'm also in zone 5 and just wondering where you buy you all you trees/ shrubs

I bet its beautiful, but also a pain in the butt to mow becauce of the shape.
Rabbit poop is excellent fertilizer.
Hi! Have you tried jujube trees in your zone?

Why make a video specifically about zone 5 but not mention what varieties your trees are? “Apple tree” is not very helpful.
The background music is super annoying
