I just realized while rewatching this absolute fuckin' banger: there is a Sonic Robo Blast 2 mod that is basically just the RPG half of Persona 3 but with Sonic characters and it's also Multiplayer if you want, where you and a squad of three others can run around floors to find the exit to the next one.

It's weakness and technical damage that's 3x damage. It works both ways for you and against you. It's really good to 1 shot enemies but really bad for boss battles where they don't have weaknesses.
Its kinda 50/50 You one shot most non bosses, but you also get nearly one shot by everything You also can't level up as fast and get less money(I think?)

Have you downloaded Parsec? One of you need that to be able to stream the game to the other person. Once they're in that you should be able to connect their controller to your computer and ReWASD.

Merciless feels like a weird difficulty tbh. Enemies get surprisingly easier but boss fights get tougher, since your main character actually does 3x the damage he would normally do on lower difficulties if he hits a crit/technical/weakness.
@@shamussarrazine6623 definitely, especially for boss fights since you’re not able to wipe them turn 1 like normal enemies. It’s does make getting ambushed a real nightmare tho
I remember seeing somewhere saying the reason they did that is because it makes it harder to capture new personas if your immediately killing them when you try and knock them down making it even harder
Could you imagine if the next persona Game litterally has an option that allows you to invite friends to take control of the other characters in Battles like it wouldnt be for everyone definitely but it could be a fun alternative way to play, and it also means on higher difficultys your friends hold your entire teams life in each one of their hands
I don't think that's a good idea, I think the thieves Guild is enough, you can see what other players are doing and they can help you in battle if your party members are taken hostage.
So far it's good, but I haven't heard anything that shakes my soul to life yet. Of course it's early, but if you're around when it ends I'll give you my final thoughts.

General gameplay tips below On merciless You can knock down shadows by using damage items as the deal flat damage. Crits and status ailments can work to knock them down as well. And there are a ton of breakables in palaces it’s one of the biggest sources of early money.
The game is actually quite a bit easier on merciless if you know what you are doing. Technical hit and critical damage are tripled. This means you will get one shot, but as you are not bad AI, you can abuse it far more then the enemies can.
Uhn, that's like in every difficult though, the difference is that on Merciless you give 3x damage to shadows if you hit critical, technical and weakness
