Hmmm, yes, this was a most enjoyable recipe and a very nicely done video. The only think is that I was waiting for you to start some sort of pasta first with this mindset through the video. Then, you produced the most beautiful bread I have ever seen which immediately swept me off my feet. With that bread, it made it a true Italian dish with or without pasta, tomatoes and basil, or not. But being here on the humid windward side of the Big Island of Hawaii, we don't ever see bread like that. Please Please respond to me where it came from. I am from Silicon Valley and imagine it is from there, Cupertino, or Los Gatos, where I came from. Help!

James and Mark the water from the iced mussles actually helps the spices and mussels not stick.. especially if ur by the ocean somewhere in puerto rico and all u have is one of those old school burnt pots 😂

Our mussels are cooked so its just a matter of reheating! Boil may be good if you want to avoid the sauce to be watery. Im sure itll be ok, but a little lemon brightens the dish

These mussels did not have the threading inside (they were deshelled and cleaned already). Personally, I have not had to clean out my mussels before.

Good question, they may have been and then flash frozen but not entirely sure
