I used to be really cruel about Gordon Brown. I was 16/17 when he was PM and I thought I knew everything about politics. Then I started studying for a degree in politics and I realised I actually knew nothing. I really regret being so harsh about him. He seems to be one of the politicians who isn't entirely self-serving, he genuinely seems to want to do good.
I'm glad I've watched this about Mr. Brown. I certainly have a higher opinion of him than what one reads in the Daily Mail. I sincerely believe in a bad economy he had Britain's best interest at heart; a hard working man and as a non political note, loves and adores his family. Why people want to do public service is beyond me, it couldn't be for the pay.
People should give this guy a break, being a Prime Minister of the UK is not an easy task and I don't think he had any wrong intentions with this country.
Being Prime Minister is a great job if you are prepared to accept that every Prime Minister fails in the end and is blamed. The UK is full of arm chair Prime Ministers who could not run a bath, never mind the country.
im not a supporter of gordon brown.. but unfortunate tht he became the PM on the wrong time. i wonder wht others would have done if they were in his position at that time.
The more I look at this government and look back on Gordon Brown I think he was unfairly and viciously treated by the same right wing media that is helping to keep the Con/Dems in power!
gosh give him a break hes been frow anoth losing hes daughter and father he worked hard he tried you cat say that every priminster is perfect like him he wasnt perfect but he wanted to make britan a better place although he became primister for at the rong time witch i blame tony blair for and the mess he left gordon to sort out god now hes gone leave him a lone hes just like everyone else with a famliy to look after is the time to move on to the future hes hard working
Gordon Brown was a great statesman, a superb Chancellor of the Exchequer, a fine Prime Minister and everything that goes with it. His only problem was that he was the poor unfortunate bugger that was in charge at a time when the Crisis hit, so as a result he got the blame and all the hatred that went with it. Quite unfair I think.

Brown > Blaire
Here's a trick if you don't want to appear like the biggest arse hole in the room just be in the same room as Piers Morgan.
he sold of our gold for the price of compost and signed the Lisbon treaty, you know nothing about politics.
