@mishraji, this is certainly not a good job but worst job. The helper is using a rudimentary method of placing big bolders to stop the truck and thereafter leaving those boulders there for accidents waiting to happen. They should be educated to not to do such things that put someone's life in danger including their own. In US, Canda and even in least developed countries like Indonesia, no body uses such method.tgey use choke which is a slanting object on a top placed with a chain to it do that once the lorry starts moving, it will also get along with it and will not remain there forever for an accident waiting to happen.
The lorry owner or company shpuld be educated to invest in buying chokes for their vehicles. In advance countries, chokes, danger triangles and jacks, chains are mandatory items to be kept in all vehicles particularly in heavy commercial vehicles.
@@AB-cw7gl you may be right sir, but you itself mention the real problem here, the thing is what should a helper and driver do i this situation, it's truck owner and transporter responsibility to give them all the necessary equipments, what will a poor helper will do in those scenarios
@@ashutoshmeshram3548 that's why lorry inner snd helper need be educated. Imagine if the poor helper while trying to put up boulder and lorry reverses on him accidently, and which will then be fatal.
Also, if the boulder is left by the helper as it is, other vehicle may hit it which can even be worse.
There are many such cases of fatal accidents happened due to careless by lorry drivers. For e.g. they drive and ride slow on a rightmost lane as if it is their own road, which causes rear invoming traffic such as cars and travel buses colliding them from rear due to breaking or high speed driving by them (both at fault). Then lorry drivers in india tend to ride on rightmost lane often gets breakdown and remain immobilised at the spot for days due to broken axle or engine burn out or any other problems. there are no recovery vehicles to remove the breakdown lorry or the driver / owner don't want to pay for removal and prefer to loosing delivery fees, rental, and bank installment too. This is a big hazard as light vehicle traffic including travel busses drive on rightmost lane for overtaking abd otherwise, and expressway one can legally allowed to drive at 80 km , it hits the breakdown lorry at speeds causing fatal and serious accidents. There are daily such cases of accidents happening and lot of lives are unnecessarily getting lost due to these carelessness of under educated lorry drivers. You can watch several such videos on UA-cam at Trandport TV channel or BDM Vlogs as well OR can experience yourself to understand the gravity of this dire situation.

So please all of you are requested to do your part by educating these lorry drivers, owners about this issue and get them to understand the seriousness of the situation. While they are hard working and doing a noble cause of transportation of goods and they may certainly have their genuine problems, but if someone's life os lost or becoming handicapped or paralysed lifelong is not desirable thing. I hope you and other viewers will agree with this and the guy making this video too.

It is a gentle slope and start of the hill, normal hairpin band. I wonder if the truck is struggling so much, who gave them permission to go up , the truck may not be able to pull the load further up the hill on hairpin band coming next one after another. Highly risky, it can either topple itself or will hit some other vehicle.

Multi axle on this road seems a adventures idea!! Somehow the engine is under powered that's Wht I feel, secondly not changing to special gear, puts brunt on engine, clutch will wear out faster also brake liners, this owner needs to upgrade engine power and also the turn ratio needs to be lesser on such roads, humble request to owner to buy a model with a smaller turning radius and a much more powerful engine else he will spend more on maintains than what he will earn 😂😂😂👍👍 driver and his buddy hats off to you guys great job done but your owner needs to understand to buy a better truck for you guys 👍👍👌👌❤️

The problem with Indian truck owners is that they don't do their home wirk properly. They buy a model that has underpowered engine save cost of diesel. Then on top of it there are multiple axles with one lift axle that remain unutilised. This is all to make it legal from axle load compliance and save troubles from Police / RTO. But they forget that overloading on such underpowered trucks and top of it with single drive axle will cost them a bomb and can lead them. bankrupt. The trucks cannot move effectively on such winding roads with s single drive axle as dead axle takes the maximum weight that leads to spinning of drive wheel leading to worn out of tyres that will cost them close to 1 Lakh for 4 tyres and clutch, bushing and engine, SCR too.
The driver and helper though trying hard to recover, but did not change to lower gear before the turning and did not made a longer turn thereby losing the motion, which must be avoided at all the time.
It was also safety issue notices as driver abd helpers must carry a Walkie-talkie for communication , thereby putting the life of the helper at greater risk.

@@Mr.BR15I will leave it to the rest to comment instead of I say everything.Well your point is valid, the road alignment and quality of the work is pathetic though but some expressways built are superb, bad sadly many drivers including lorry drivers drive on the wrong lane vauding serious accidents as they don't want to make big detour thereby saving few litres of diesel.thos bad habbit must need to stop.
You forgot to mention lack of driving experience. In this video it seems the driver is not engaging the crawler/1st gear and is using the traditionally used 2nd gear to start the truck in the incline.

If you're not going to mount a bigger engine you need to at least build them with lower gearing... if youre going to overload them like that.
Martin Ji I agree with you. If the manufacturer puts in a more powerful engine the truck will be overloaded even more it’s a CATCH 22 situation. The only answer is strict vigilance by the transport authorities.

These are old Ghat roads deigned for two axels ie 6 wheelers or at the most 3 axels ie 10 wheelers. So how so ever wide the driver turns the curvature is no enough to accommodate a truck between 8-10 m in length, that is why even the VOLVO Buse are difficult to drive in the ghats.

Feel so soory for the owner and the drivers of heavy vehicles they pay a huge amount as road tax at the time of registration, apart from that they pay toll taxes as well,roads are not upgraded as per the vehicle length so this heavy vehicles suffering a lot in this situation,god bless this poor people with good health and happiness thanku.
It's nothing to do with power, gearing, skill etc. The problem is cheap single drive four spring rear bogie. If a double drive bogie was used it would be a simple operation.

It is a shame, country building 8 n 10 lane superhighway, but such ghat roads travelled by heavy long trucks are so poorly maintained, a broader paved road at such turns will save so much fuel and wear n tear for the vehicles,and human risks too to the helpers at very little additional road laying costs.

This type of truck shud not be ply in such a road.this truck is made to ply only in the plain n straight way.this is a high risk fr both human, materials n this type of truck.n i can say that the fare of such shud double thn the other n salary of driver n helper.
I am thinking how the cameraman always reaches the area even before the truck itself ready to shoot, as if he knows the truck will get stuck.
When we go fot shoot we get this kind of videos. Travel from my home town to the area of shoot takes 4 hours. We don't need to fake. And truck drivers don't risk thier life's Just for our video.
These are all drama,as we can see the angle of the camera
