Den brought a totally unique flow to the world of beatbox on this one. I've heard that style of music outside of beatbox but after watching hundreds of hours of beatbox I've never heard this type of flow before now. KI could really learn something from Den because one of KI's biggest criticisms is that he recycles a lot of patterns and flows but Den is using the same sound set with different flow and application each round. It creates a whole new atmosphere and always feels fresh but it's still recognizable as Den's style. Den is a musician who happens to beatbox at a high level.
I was gonna say, it seems like almost everyone liked moments more, but this one for me is just so fresh and so cute. Either way they are my two favorite beatbox tracks i think of all time, so good
@@NexenTriz This is 100% true My first impression was that it wasn't as good as his other tracks, but the more I listen to it the catchier it becomes The melody is just so pleasant, has been stuck in my mind every since I heard it
KI’s melody was the same one he used first round in his battle vs Rayul at American champs. Funnily enough the part Den ripped of KI dancing was from that same battle in the second round, doing the beat from that round 😂
11:32 Trung Bao's "You don't wanna know oh oh"? 😂 Funnily enough, KI was covering Nickelback's Animals yet he changed the main melody slightly. The version he did sounds much more like Trung's track lol
been watching lots of other beatboxer reaction channels for a long time and your thoughts and opinions match with mine the most, love your vibe too, very honest but not too in your face and just the right amount of informative, chill, and funny. The whole thing that you said in the intro where you won't waste time telling about why you didn't post for awhile doubled my respect for you XD will be watching more of your content from now on! :D Also I agree that although moments I had did in fact had more obvious enjoyable factors in it especially for non beatboxers which is why most ppl like it more than sensations, sensations had more complex and hard to execute stuff in it while retaining the same amount of enjoyment of listening. It's objectively better imo.
Dude your reaction was like the freakin same as mine. HAHAHA The first time I watched this I was so hyped, I was smilin the whole vid mesmerized and with also those awkward face expressions and gesture HAHAHA.
So many people said that the last one from Den the Moments I had is better than this Sensations but I disagree, this one had more variety, even more complex and also has a really good battle spirit to it. It's a nice rounded package delivered by a Mad Meal Battle 2 champion :-D
Not sure if you remember KI’s drop or melody from the same battle I know it from but he used that drop against Rayul. Funny coincidence is his dancing was from that same battle so it made Den’s round even better for me.
I HAD THE SAME REACTIONN It sounds like the same melody in the round he used his first round against rayul in American champs in 2019 And he used the same routine somewhere in an beatbox international battle I think ahainst River?
Imo as a non beatboxer den was coo but just kinda boring for me, didn’t hit hard or nothing just kinda vibey but with inertia’s round i couldn’t hold back my stankface since the first bass drop and that for me lets me know what i enjoyed more. His melodies and crazy drops just never get old
you did good saying you are a non beatboxer because den’s technicality, sounds pitching, structure just destroys inertia trust me; i suggest you to listen to den’s beat another time and you will be pleased by that
I think DEN needs to bring something new the next round. Not saying he sounds repetitive, but into the next round I think it would be getting to the point of repetitiveness. BUT I wouldn't care haha. I just mean from a competition standpoint.
@@silver9107 Yeah. I guess so. I think I called it (In my head, DEN listened and thought the same thing). Jordox even used it against him and good thing he changed it up a bit to say otherwise. BUT apparently according to the dude/dudette above ya, they don't think I know music. Lol
Den probably won but I’m baffled at the fact that there’s always timing issues with k.I only just because drill isn’t as prominent doesn’t mean he’s off time and drum n bass is just a bunch of conglomerate sounds with random timing so how does k.I always have that problem but most beatboxers use drum n bass in their sets
@@sczoot6285 no the point I think. For chezame and sxin he lost only because of timing and pitch (sadly). Doesnt mean he has perfec structure and originality but it means that sxin and chezame dont see the problem.

Is there a chance for Canada vs Canada finals? Or will it be in the semi finals that you match with jordox?
@@asylumental Semi finals. Announced today.
@@SerialNightmare dang, 2 Canadians potentially in the finals would have been pretty epic.
Still cool though.
@@asylumental that’s true but we have the potential of seeing hiss vs den or Bart vs den which is sickk

I think most people prefer Dens previous round to this one. But I agree with you I prefer this round more

I think the more you listen to this one, the more you will like. It doesn't give the strongest impression at first. Now I think I prefer this one.
I agree but I actually like Walked Away the most (his wildcard), especially its first half.
Its a new style of music . You don't like in the 1st time but when you listen to it two to three times you will love it very very much . ❤️ Esh

I think this melody is from his BBU wildcard called Collard Greens.
