This sounds incredible on head phones.....The drummer could give Mo Tucker from The Velvet Underground a run for the money.....my new fave album.....and I'm 64 yrs. old !

+james mcbride james, they are able to take the genres of psychedelic rock and give it a fresh prospective without sounding dated. I think only a younger artist can do something like that.

Just read about them in a Lolla review. 65 next month, and I'm a fan too. Check out White Reaper and The O'My's.

I would never expect that kind of sound from their looks. They look like a garage band that sounds more industrial and heavy, but then they pump out this golden psychadelic rock sound as if it's the 70s again???

      But they look so 70s
      James Bagshaw - Marc Bolan
      Thomas Walmsley - David Gilmour
      Adam Smith - Ray Davies
Samuel Toms - Young Ozzy Osbourne

This gives me hope for a larger resurgence of 60's and 70's rock. You can also tell that their bassist is a Roger Waters fan :)

Gosh, this was superb. I've been gassing for Gretsch and found my way here via the Gretsch website. Never heard of this band before, but I'm sure glad I have now!

This is not a Jazz Bass, it's a Precision Bass.
The Pick up cover (steel plate) is useless on a bass and doesn't affect the sound.

He has a Fender Precision Bass. I think that if you use a pedal compressor and a sampamp you will get close to his bass sound ;)

They are awesome live! A little stiff in this studios video but I saw them live with a new drummer and it was my best concert of 2020!
