This sounds incredible on head phones.....The drummer could give Mo Tucker from The Velvet Underground a run for the money.....my new fave album.....and I'm 64 yrs. old !
i wanna keep listening music forever just like you man. regards
+james mcbride james, they are able to take the genres of psychedelic rock and give it a fresh prospective without sounding dated. I think only a younger artist can do something like that.
Now check out Les Big Byrd and Black Market Karma as well as King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard !!!!
+james mcbride we sir are surfing on the same wave. kudos
Just read about them in a Lolla review. 65 next month, and I'm a fan too. Check out White Reaper and The O'My's.
I would never expect that kind of sound from their looks. They look like a garage band that sounds more industrial and heavy, but then they pump out this golden psychadelic rock sound as if it's the 70s again???
But they look so 70s
James Bagshaw - Marc Bolan
Thomas Walmsley - David Gilmour
Adam Smith - Ray Davies
Samuel Toms - Young Ozzy Osbourne
This gives me hope for a larger resurgence of 60's and 70's rock. You can also tell that their bassist is a Roger Waters fan :)
holy shit....
Wow this band is awesome just finished watching you guys from Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and you guys got my attention right away there's is a really bright and great future for you guys hopefully if you tour in Texas you come to South Texas plz it will be awesome well wish you guys the best
that synth bass at 4:36 is amazing
Gosh, this was superb. I've been gassing for Gretsch and found my way here via the Gretsch website. Never heard of this band before, but I'm sure glad I have now!
i love finding new moozik. these guys are get epicly good in few years.
This is fab.
Blow your mind!
Buena vibra~
Lovely !
just wow
Awesome
I like it
esta es la version mejor ecualizada, es perfecta, en los otros videos la guitarra opaca todos los instrumentos
Thomas
It's great ! 0:32 reminds me a lot of wonderboy from Tenacious D though.
HashGray agreed
Does anyone know how to get that beautiful bass tone?
I would also like to know
Nah that bass tone is horrible, too much treble for me but each to their own.
ask to Rodger Waters bro
This is not a Jazz Bass, it's a Precision Bass.
The Pick up cover (steel plate) is useless on a bass and doesn't affect the sound.
He has a Fender Precision Bass. I think that if you use a pedal compressor and a sampamp you will get close to his bass sound ;)
It's like a mix of Cream, Rainbow, and Iron Butterfly
Hawkwind must an influence, surely??
Album is so much better than live
They are awesome live! A little stiff in this studios video but I saw them live with a new drummer and it was my best concert of 2020!
cigarette time 18.59
If Floyd recorded Revolver...
