Lisa -this video inspired me and I made a bunch of cards. A tip I learned was after you sprinkle the dazzling diamonds on the sticky side, use the peeled off backing sheet and burnish the glitter into your card base. It helps “ser” the glitter.

Lisa I like both cards. The colors are so rich. I can tell u are enjoying making cards w/napkins. I started long time ago doing cards w/napkins. My first 1 was a hot mess. I got rather discouraged, but I tried several times and BAM, there it was a good one. I have a box of napkins, some special order, so now I guess I'll pull those bad boys out. Woohoo!!! TYFS!!! Love both cards, they are beautiful. Will have to buy some napkins and try this since I have two jars of Dazzling Diamonds in my stash. When I got my notice that you had posted your video, I clicked on it and it came up that it was a pirate video to go back home, so I did. I don't know what that was about. Thought I would let you know since you were having trouble. Your videos are the best!!! Thanks Lisa.
Thanks so much Nancy! After each live video, I turn it on private for about 30 minutes so I can edit it and stuff. Then I turn it back to public. If I don't do it right after the video, it takes about 12 hours to download and then I forget to do it. It is usually private from about 7:30 til 8 or so.
I love to watch you, Lisa, and cannot imagine anyone criticizing you! They have clearly come to the wrong place and need to find someone boring to watch. I come back to watch you again and again, not only to learn from you, but just as much for the laughs! Our world needs more reasons to laugh and you provide lighthearted joy and entertainment to most of us. Except for you know who. (Who needs to just go away.) Keep doing what you do!!!

I love making napkin cards....I run my card top thru my Xyron... Works really good for me.
A tip I got from someone to separate the napkin layers is to put a small piece of tape on back and close by on the front... Gently pull them apart
Thanks so much Vaye! Great tip! I used it in the first napkin video except I just used the tape on the back and it peeled off easily. I used to have a Xyron but I sold it. They were fun back in the day. I used to use it all the time.

Hey Stella! Enjoyed your show tonight, except for the negative comment from the viewer who loves you. My mom always told us its best not to say anything than to say something you'll regret and can't take back. I can't choose a favorite bc both cards are gorgeous in their own right. Love the colors and the backgrounds for each are perfect! Also, the jokes were great, sven if the one was a little on the risque side. Lol! Not sure if I spelled that right. I have to go to my mom's Thursday, not sure if I'll be home in time for your Live. Shes moving in with us, and we have to go thru her things and start packing up what shes getting rid of and what shes keeping. But I'll be watching in spirit, and I'll catch the replay. Words are as sharp as a sword, they cut deep and are slow to heal. Don't change a thing Lisa, My mom used to say when people did that they were just jealous, so think of that instead. I love the sunflower cards with or without the "glase" as I call it lol. Sorry for the "book" writing lol. 💕

These napkins also work great with melted beeswax smoothed out with craft iron

Hi! Lisa, I really enjoyed watching your video and tried this method with the new stampin up adhesive sheets but the new ones are perforated in sections and after I put the dazzling diamonds on the napkin it showed lines where the sticky sheet was perforated. I was so disappointed since yours turned out so pretty. Thanks for the laughs anyways, I will keep watching your videos, Joan

Here's a quick "house keeping" tip to help deal with the "dust " or residue left behind from dazzling diamonds or Embossing powder --- keep Swifter dusting sheets in close reach and wipe down table or surface after using and they quickly pickup any powder etc.
great idea! I used to do that when we sold dazzling diamonds but I had forgotten about it since I just pulled them back out again. Thanks for the reminder.
I'm sure you already know this but you can use your Blender pens to color your pearls different colors to match your cardstock/ project.
I use the stampin blends all the time to color the pearls. The ones in the video are colored with the soft succulent blends. I don't think the blender pen would work though. You need alcohol ink or permanent ink on the pearls.
