This game has so many memories for me! I remember when I was a kid I used to play it with an old lady that my mom used to clean for. She had Alzheimer's, but she would get really good at completing the levels. However, her Alzheimer's would then kick in and she would not know what she was doing, but that was okay because I was able take her back to the very first tutorial level and then she would master it all over again and I could see the light in her eyes return. She thought the little "frog" was adorable and would giggle with delight whenever she was able to feed him! Those were core childhood memories
@@AbdullahKhan-el6xw Referring to a person suffering from Alzheimer's as "Sisyphus" can be seen as problematic and potentially insensitive. The myth of Sisyphus, who was condemned to roll a boulder up a hill only for it to roll back down every time he neared the top, symbolizes a futile and endless struggle. While it might metaphorically capture the repetitive and challenging nature of caring for someone with Alzheimer's or the patient's own repetitive experiences and constant battle with the disease, it reduces their complex experience to a single mythological analogy. Here are a few reasons why this comparison might be considered rude or insensitive: Oversimplification: Alzheimer's disease is a complex and multifaceted condition, and reducing it to a mythological story can be seen as trivializing the experiences of those who suffer from it. Depersonalization: Comparing someone to a mythological figure can strip away their individuality and humanity, reducing them to an archetype rather than recognizing them as a person with unique experiences and feelings. Negative Connotations: The story of Sisyphus is often associated with pointless and endless suffering. This might convey a sense of hopelessness and despair that can be hurtful to patients and their loved ones who are coping with the disease. Instead of using such a metaphor, it's usually more respectful and compassionate to speak directly and empathetically about the person's experiences and challenges, focusing on providing support and understanding.
Crazy how this dude breezes through levels while i look back at my childhood knowing that it took me nearly half an hour to figure out a level that should have took less than a minute to finish. Bruh.
After playing Cut the Rope Daily, it feels weird to see only 3 stars rather than 10 and the spiders. I employ some of these strategies when playing Cut the Rope Daily-I've gotten a perfect month for both April and May. June is also going smoothly so far. Sometimes, I even get to the top 1% of the Daily players! It gives a new level at 10 PM EST, it's a highlight of my day.
Always impressive your dedication to speedrunning. This game is a app store classic but man, the sound effects are obnoxious if you hear them constantly. Good on you man.
I think we can all appreciate the insane amount of dedication that went into this run, while also sparking some childhood nostalgia, congrats on the world record!! As always, awesome video speezy!!
Honestly, it looks like a pretty cool speed run. I was playing cut the rope not long ago whenever I realized that UA-cam has games built into the app now (for some reason). I was breezing through the first few levels in the beginning as fast as I could, because I wanted to see if they actually put the full game on UA-cam. I was convinced that they must’ve just put a demo rather than the whole game because I thought that would take up too much space. But no, they put the whole game on there which is pretty insane. It really took me back though to the simpler times around when it came out. I might have to try the speed run out sometime now!
8:42 I remember doing a let's play of this game on one of my other channels and this level was way harder than it should've been because of a glitch on my tablet at the time XD
I would really love for you to bring more attention to my favorite forgotten flash games. 1. Hannah and the ice caves (On Neopets) 2. Shift (You can probably do the entire series in one video) 3. Bubble Tanks: Tower defense (The Spin off of Bubble Tanks)
