I've conducted many interviews on those seeking administrative advancement. Sometimes applicants will give opposite answers and still be right. We look for other criteria other than just the answer. Poise, the thought process, language, demeanor, appearance, his/her record of decision making, and evaluations in deciding. So, your answer is only a part of the selection process. I saw one applicant flip a cigarette butt into our garden before entering the building. Then she asked the receptionist what was taking so long. She didn't stay long.
