This is so detailed, thanks for the efforts to create this informative vide. by the way i hardly understand when the measurement is said to be Decimal eg 28 Decimal what does that mean in meter per square and what software do you use? thanks
1 Decimal has 36Sqm
Therefore a 50ft by 100ft Plot which is(30mtrs x15mtrs = 450Sqm) has (450/36)Decimals =12.5 Decimals

Hi thanks for the great work ....I only have one question..why haven't Ugandans adopted the use of drywalls instead of brick walls when it comes to the interior separation of rooms because I think it would actually cost less ...thank you
If you sum up all the materials that go into both and labour, the cost difference is very minimal in favour of dry wall.....Dry wall just isn't as good at sound proofing as bricks, and is more prone to vandalism/theft than clay bricks in our context as Uganda
