How can I get this plan and quotation

On the upper terrace, leave it the way it is because the main bedroom balcony needs privacy since it will be having a translucent sheet. Then on the toilet next to the terrace, let the ventilation be towards the storage water tanks. I hope i am fighting well using the keyboard😂

On the guest washroom, you remove the louvers and connect an automatic extraction fan (when someone enters, it activates for 5 min's) with a flexible plastic duct through or besides the wall on the adjacent bathroom to the outside. That's how it should be done. Thank you for always sharing good designs and also caring for the bettering of the African narrative.

Hey Darwin I like the creativity you incorporate within the African narrative and architecture plus the quality of the construction work and final results. Kindly talk about how to efficiently work about the steep and irregular plots in order to have a perfect sitting house and compound

Nice design on ground floor and master bedroom on first floor in terms of space fluidity... Concerning light and ventilation on powder room/half bathroom, I would partition the space with double glazed frosted glass wall with a Louvre on top..frosted glass allows in light but it's completely obscure.. Master bedroom space fluidity is 10/10... The two bedrooms on upper flow deserve own ensuites putting in mind the class of a family that can afford such a house. Is it possible we re-arrange the pantry with refrigerator, so that the pantry is closer to exit and also enjoys the whole space under the stairs landing...on the other hand the refrigerator will help us achieve the perfect kitchen triangle...it will as well help ease the electrical installation for fridge and washing machine by having a dipolar switch conveniently positioned... Am your diehard follower from Kenya ❤.. one day we shall work together
