Been following Parker for 10 years. This is the scariest and most confident I’ve seen him. Joe has always had all the tools; handspeed, movement, IQ, chin and decent pop, but Andy has brought it all together now with genuine self belief. Daniel is getting stopped in my opinion.
All the signs point to that, but don't underestimate Dubois post-Uysk. His physique has changed. His stamina has improved. His punch resistance has tripled. Only one thing can bring these kinds of improvements to a fighter in his mid-20s and it's not training. Dubois is on the sauce and that makes him very dangerous. He's also fond of headbutts and elbows. Parker's got a mountain to climb. I hope he does. I've got a world of respect for my Maori brothers. Warriors on the rugby field, gentlemen off it.

2:55 Never got to hear what Andy means by lets look back at the fights. Rewatching them particularly the Hrgovic and AJ fights. Hrgovic got a cut early possible from Dubois constantly head butting him and Hrgovic never change the pace or the combinations. AJ was nervous from the start and his guard was low allowing for Dubois to pick him apart. Although it is not Dubois fault that his opponents didn't step up to the challenge it is kind of important to look at. And to be fair you can breakdown Joseph Parker best wins too. It will be exciting to see how this goes down.

Parker prevailed over a couple of ancient fighters in Zhang and Wilder who are blasts of the past, and they were entirely devoid of the proper conditioning and stamina to compete at the highest level. Zhang, beyond 40 years of age, had nothing left in the gas tank after round five in their encounter. Hence those triumphs are not necessarily reflective of him being "better than ever" and I still highly suspect he will - once again - fall short against hungry lions on the top of their game. Neither Wilder nor Zhang threw a lot of punches against Parker, and this match-up is going to be vastly different against DDD as he is a lot more active in the ring.

2:55 Never got to hear what Andy means by lets look back at the fights. Rewatching them particularly the Hrgovic and AJ fights.
Hrgovic got a cut early possible from Dubois constantly head butting him and Hrgovic never change the pace or the combinations.
AJ was nervous from the start and his guard was low allowing for Dubois to pick him apart.
Although it is not Dubois fault that his opponents didn't step up to the challenge it is kind of important to look at. And to be fair you can breakdown Joseph Parker best wins too. It will be exciting to see how this goes down.
Those headbutts were ignored by that British ref who was a given the job 24 hrs before the fight…..at one stage you can hear the ref say the cut was caused by a clash of heads, but then his decision gets overturned somehow….and miller got off the couch on 3/wks notice
AJ looked nervous because of Dubois’ intimidation factor so that’s a positive for Dubois not an excuse for Joshua
Hrgovic also didnt look fit, he should of been given his 1st loss against Zhang, i think this is the real Test for Dubois....

Parker prevailed over a couple of ancient fighters in Zhang and Wilder who are blasts of the past, and they were entirely devoid of the proper conditioning and stamina to compete at the highest level. Zhang, beyond 40 years of age, had nothing left in the gas tank after round five in their encounter. Hence those triumphs are not necessarily reflective of him being "better than ever" and I still highly suspect he will - once again - fall short against hungry lions on the top of their game.
Neither Wilder nor Zhang threw a lot of punches against Parker, and this match-up is going to be vastly different against DDD as he is a lot more active in the ring.

Zhang was a live opponent and Zhang has fast powerful hands, but the movement and explosiveness of Parker diffused him...same with Wilder. But Dubois is a more active and mobile opponent who throws powerful combos, every opponent offers different challenges...they both are dangerous for the other, and everyone else.
