Most Zimbabweans even the documented ones are not paying tax, because exploitative Employers have not registered their employment because they not paying them minimum wages or make the UIF contributions. It would have benefitted South Africa more if a South Africans had those jobs, they would be registered and would be paying tax and less south Africans would need a grant. Its never wise to invest in foreigners and not your own people, especially if they unskilled workers because the government spend more educating their children and paying for health care than what they pay into the system. This is what Europe has discovered. No Zimbabweans are own citizens would have benefitted our economy more if they were in those jobs. We survived before you came and we will survive when you leave.
