I will say, I currently play off 8.2. I noticed that I have the same issue off of a drawing lie (first shot into the green on the 10th hole) to leave the ball right of the green. Everything I've watched and read in my golfing "career" has lead me to believe that an above the foot lie makes the ball go left. That has not been the case for me and I saw you leave it right (and short which could have been an underclub).
I agree that ball above feet is a draw lie. That particular shot was an under club. The wind was at my back so I thought I’d float it high and let the wind take it. But when I try to launch high, the ball doesn’t compress and climbs the face and is weak right. I should have taken more for sure. Maybe with your issue is you play it to draw too much and leave it right still?!?! Not sure. Good luck and thanks for watching!
