I've always enjoyed those types of characters too. I think it has to do with the added freedom of a fast character, and the precision needed to execute things properly. It's satisfying in and of itself, since it can be difficult to execute
And you can't die if the opponent never touches the ground

Some ideas just in case you’re interested:
-How to beat ‘’x’’ character going through Pichu’s harder matchups might be an interesting series if you go in depth.
-Advanced Pichu techs or dodge/di traps (for exemple: like fox’s uair in wii u, if they air dodge you fastfall utilt, etc.).
-I know it might be early, but I know I’d be interested in seeing a Pichu matchup tier list.
