You don't need to freeze the prawns after coating them, you simply leave them in the fridge. Freezing them will lower the temperature of your frying oil quickly and will require you to fry them longer. If you refridgerate them instead of freezing them, you need only fry them for two and a half to three minutes.

I put the dry ingredients into a plastic bag it's easier for coating for me.
No need of any other spices? Like red chilli powder
The pepper powder I added should bring the heat but if you want you can add little red chilli powder 😊
