NOT pretty, BUT VERY TASTY! Cake in a frying pan!

This frying pan poppy seed muffin is magically delicious and super easy to make! It's not very pretty, but very tasty!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
180 g sugar
0.5 tsp salt
180 ml milk
100 ml vegetable oil
300 g flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp poppy seeds
on low heat in a frying pan under the lid for 25 minutes, turn again onto parchment paper and under the lid for another 10-15 minutes
