11:34 This horrifying crash Chase caused is like...this is not chase Elliott..this is Bubba Wallace or Feb 2021 Brad Keselowski ramped into Chase's car
This could sound like a dumb question, but the background is, through the 80s and 90s I watched every possible Winston Cup races (don't know what they're called now), but over the interval after my fiance died (1992), I moved back home to care for my mother (1997), and Dale Earnhardt died (2001), my interest slowly faded. Being unable to yell at Earnhardt or Ernie Irvan (retired 1999), plus other racer retirements along the way, made the races less enjoyable, especially after the rise of Jeff Gordon, who for some reason annoyed the hell out of me. One thing I remember is when the roof flaps that opened to help prevent rollovers were added; that and other safety improvements reduced the number of wrecks, which, ironically, made races less interesting. (I used to have a full VCR tape full of crashes.) I did not know until today about the hood flaps. Anyway, The number of overturns and barrel rolls in this video astonishes me. It reminds me of a Formula 1 tape I saw yesterday where the announcers said a number of electronic features had been banned to make races more exciting. (It may have been a video about Ayrton Senna's fatal crash.) Did NASCAR do something similar? Not necessarily ban electronic features, but removing some safety features, or introducing things that made races "more exciting"? Roof flaps were introduced in 1994, so 30 years before this past season. I could swear there were whole Winston Cup races with only one or two crashes in the 90s. So why are there so many airborne and rollover crashes again now?
If a broadcaster fuck, shit, among other words beeped out during a live event is an FCC violation that results in usually a huge fine and a possible termination.
He blurs it out for copyright reasons dumba** And by “stealing clips” what do you mean by that? Its not stealing unless he takes credit for taking the video/picture for something he didn’t do. the amount of stupidity in your comment is absurd 😂😂
@@KellieLeigh48 Calm down on the simping. Lots of know about copyrights. I personally dont care, but to say one is unhappy with their life calling something out, its fucking massively ignorant.
Before you say smth about the blur
and if this is stolen, incorrect, just learn about the Copyright. 😁

7:07 "Oh Crap": Mike Joy 2023. Please don't let him retire any time soon, he truly keeps the classic feel of announcing during a race
He actually had a stroke this evening and is on life support unfortunately
ik we argued but like wow long vid noice

Eh, he could've much more random rather than showing the last 4 years of crashes. (For ex, show COT, early gen6, gen 4, and possibly pre 2000's)
I had a stroke reading the comment
You make no sense
Thanks for having kept the comments from the races and not put annoying music over it. Great videos.

He was beyond saving the moment the fire broke out.
The video would be more enjoyable without that blurred out section in the top right screen. It's just annyoing. It's a good video though

I think the last 20 laps is the best time to watch nascar
The first 30 and last 25 is the best
7:34 right here. Is the moment we found out the next gen could just flip from spinning. Fix the car……..
Just subbed.
Why did Mike say crap?😐😐😐
Because saying "shit" on TV is generally frowned upon...
Because he can't say "fuck" live on TV.

Crashing is Nas Car Only in 2023

I was at the first talledega race i saw the crash dude
Bro at 7:15 was not happy at all.
I'd love to be an announcer.

Most of these wreaks are just from boneheaded moves. Some of these drivers need to retake there super speedway or super licenses -_-
