That giant hole is called a spent fuel pool they put the radioactive rods in there and submerge them with water whenever they are done

With all the information given to us in this video, I can kinda produce an incident log on how the meltdown started
Around 9:00 The fuel rods are lowered in Reactor 1and 2 and the core starts to heat the uranium
9:45 Coolant flow starts and cools the core down for a while
Around 9:50 Condensing fans are turned on; no major changes in temperature.
9:56 The fuel rods in Reactor 1 and 2 start overheating and soon goes critical
10:10 Monitors start to show that the uranium cores are starting to overheat and the coolant and condensing fans are no longer effective
10:40 The uranium cores start to melt, causing a meltdown, which in turn, causes radioactive fallout.
10:50 Alarm systems start detecting a meltdown and alarms are activated. Both uranium cores in both reactors have melted and are causing radioactive fallout
11:20 The first traces of radioactive fallout are detected by Camodo Gaming and he starts to approach the reactors
13:05 Camodo dies of radiation poisoning, the radiation is contained, but will stay in the nuclear reactor airspace for some time.
What could have been done to prevent such an incident: Do not leave the fuel rods in for too long
This incident is similar to the Chernobyl Power Plant meltdown

That ONE lock door button saves the day with preventing O.B. pressing buttons and causing the nuclear meltdown. Oh wait.. i forgot... theres also a species called a Camodo Burger or something and he also presses random buttons... It was at this moment that he knew... he stuffed up...

Also the lock is a great way to get ob to not press buttons and explode but he will probly sound the alarm and we cant do anything about that.
