Hi. The error codes you gave and the symptoms you write about indicate the wear of the heating unit. Fuser Unit or Fusing Unit in other words. Every 60,000 copies you probably replace the OPC drum and other elements you mentioned, but after 120,000 you always have to replace or regenerate the FUSER. So replace the heating foil, moisturizing element and pressure roller. It's a lot of work, but it will solve your problems. Later, write to me if you succeeded.

Hello Dear i am facing same issue in my Ricoh IM 3500 Black printer (SC 554-02) error code i used Pico fuse but 5810 # 2 always showing failed please support or give the suggestion .i am changing new fusser assembly first one heat roller is damaged. Thanks
After replacing the Fuser Unit, you must reinstall the new Pico Fuse and reset the machine again. The Pico Fuse can only be used once.

Ridiculous design. I have worked on copiers since 1989 and started to repair Ricoh copiers in 2018. I don't think I've seen other manufacturers where you need to insert a fuse like this.
