proper good job as per usual mate o7 since were on the topic of blood, how hard would it be to make it so when you shoot someone up close you get some dynamic blood splatters on your vision that you can wipe off the same way you do with raindrops?
Yes, If I'm not wrong, I recorded the video using Realistic Blood. The shader isn't available yet, but It will be soon. I'm still playing with some ideas to implement more rain related stuff for the upcoming update 17.
Hey there, first, I would like to say that your mod is simply amazing, I know you've heard this like a million times by now, but it is simply just amazing what you have achieved with those screen space shaders mod for a game like Anomaly. I would like to know something in regards to this blood shaders update: I am using cinematic vfx, which has some blood decals and effects, will this interfere or conflict with your upcoming blood shaders in any way? Will there be any problems running the 2 altogether? Thanks in advance :)
Thank you for the kind words. About your question... You can use any texture addon with the new shader, this video was made using REALISTIC BLOOD HQ REDONE. www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/addons/realistic-blood-hq-redone-10-dltx
@@ascii1457 Wonderful, thanks so much for your reply. I think that the blood effects in cinematic vfx are textures only, I know that it changes particle effects as well, but that's just for the character impact. Thanks again for your reply and I cannot wait to see what else will you bring with your shaders addon :)
May I leave a suggestion? Liquid levels out and the surface stays smooth. In real life if you pour water on a sand paper for instance the water puddle doesnt go all bumpy. So maybe eliminating the ground normal map from the blood decal would be a nice addition if possible
@@ascii1457 yeah, thinking back on it, there isnt enough blood to in a person to completely submerge cobblestones or bricks, so the way it works right now makes the most sense for most surfaces
Actually the only blood addon I know (and the only one on Moddb?) is Realistic Blood and I don't even know if this is shader based. Sorry if my statement is confusing. I'd like to correct it: would be nice to know how good this performs in comparison to other blood addons. Anyway, your blood shader looks nice!
@@DoubleDoubleU Don't worry, I was just intrigued... Anyway, I don't think this modification will increase in any noticeable way the load, the shader itself is extremely simple, the mayor difference with the original shader is the writing of the gloss value on the buffer, but this is just the normal behavior of any object in the game. Also, the shader is totally compatible with the textures and scripts of Realistic Blood and Blood Pools.
Soon... I'm debating with myself if I keep adding more stuff to do a big update ( Update 17 ), or just a smaller one with only the blood and rain shaders ( Update 16.1 )
just replace the exes with those of SSS or the modded exes if they are up to date last i remember, only changes that GAMMA exes have, are the different launch screen image and nothing else
I'm going to make a backup copy, I already had to reinstall gamma because they didn't spaw npcs and I don't know if it was because of the .exes , thanks
This guy is singlehandedly carrying the graphics department of stalker.
Dude, you are simply amazing.

I've some plans about this... It's not going to happen soon, but the idea its on the design table.
@@ascii1457 cant wait dude, godspeed bratan o7
Wait hang on - the blood splatters conform to the underlying normal and parallax maps?

Super
Wait, it can't be that this is my "realistic blood" addon, this looks just awesome now! -Is it already in SSS? Haven't followed the latest updates-

Hi, can you give me access to the engine code so that I can connect your engine with the desolation engine?
The source is included with the addon, check the folder "MANUAL INSTALLATION - MODDED EXE\src\"
