The only thing that isn't mentioned is an elevator. That is something many seniors would probably want as they got older. Or is it possible to retrofit an elevator or lift?
Fantastic property I looked up the listing I was curious as to when the home was built to have a better idea of it’s history to the area but I didn’t see any reference to the homes construction date. If the realtor sees reads this please fill in the blanks.
@2CraftySeniors Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it. That sounds like a very unfortunate situation. I think the home is very well laid out and even from the video it gives a sense of a comfortable layout throughout the home.
It's actually a sad situation. The homeowners were very prominent philanthropists and business owners in the Niagara region. The husband, wife and their daughter all perished in their private plane flying over Maine from their cottage. The home is immaculate and so tastefully done. It's a forever home.
