Housing Market Shift? FALL 2021

Are we entering a HOUSING MARKET SHIFT? I discuss a few indicators that may or may not lead to a change in the market. Is the housing market heating up again or slowing down after a once-in-a-lifetime "WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED" clap of market thunder? BTW it was really pretty today in New Braunfels. I need to buy a hammock!

This is promising real estate news, as a prospective buyer who would subsequently then be selling (my current home). I think going outside to do this video raised it up a notch, made me feel like I got some sunshine too! Y’all have a good week!
