We just sold one of our extra house in Sweden to all time record price. The market cooling of right now.

Just sold a million $ house. My local market has slowed, but banks are pushing re-fi, so I cut the rate by 2%. Will be looking for some property near SA in future

When is the perfect time for it? I need a single family/detached house with 2+ story building due to somer personal reasons.

@@liveinnewbraunfels2015 Sorry, I forgot to tell you the location: San Diego, CA. Preferably in these locations: La Mesa for being #1...and then any good quality location close to La Mesa (such as Santee, Spring Valley, and only one specific section of Lemon Grove).
