It's the game's fault, for some reason target locking is broken and you can't lock on to people sometimes.

Yea he’s memorized every max punish and timings for hero’s by fighting them. So playing them comes naturally and also knowing a character helps when fighting them.
That’s my take on it, I only play a few hero’s but after playing them and knowing what’s safe and what’s not, fighting them becomes much easier
Of course, its easy to miss some of the nuance of specializing in a character over time, but its still a pleasure to watch. I just can't help but think; "What happens if he sticks with Warlord for several weeks?"

@@halcyon1644 thanks so much for the kind words! You could check out the guide I put out some time back. Practice getting comfortable in offensive stance. Because he's one of the slower heroes in the game, Highlander is slightly more dependent on reads than others.😁

I don’t understand why everyone is hyping this up so much in the comments. He’s not even a good warlord. He’s not doing the correct parry punishes and he’s light spamming like there’s no tomorrow. I’ll give him credit where it’s due though, he’s very good at parrying. (Which can make any character good in ganks). And on the subject of ganking, I don’t think it really counts when you always have teammates coming in last minute to save your ass. Very good player, not hating. He’s just overhyped imo.
