(I think most apps don't allow their users to use this feature as it makes it really easy to bypass any app in purchases without an jailbreak, tweaked app or edited backup) P.P.S: I mostly agree with your other points and would really like to see apple implement these missing features into iOS. You don't have any choices or freedom with iOS that you have with Android. Over the years Apple has "stolen" some features from Android and added them to iOS
I am one of those smartphone users who prefers a slightly bigger font that what comes stock with the phones. In android on Samsung flagships there is "Screen Zoom" and "Font Size". The Font Size sets the font size of the body of the text such as list of contacts while the Screen Zoom sets all the items and fields such as icons and text and symbols to show up bigger and tries to fit them in as best as possible. On iPhones the adjustment is only on the fonts size and it works for almost all apps except on of the most important one - Google Search Engine Result Page or SERP. Google makes this page with fonts slightly smaller than the other apps. I have challenged many sales and service technicians to change the body of the SERP on any iPhone and they all failed and until then they never knew of this quirk. Many of us older people though are well aware of the uncomfortable size of text in the SERP. This is the main reason I had to return to android after using an Iphone for a year. Damn, I respect ThioJoe viewers. Usually when it’s an iOS vs. Android video, it’s usually war and fanboy-ism in the comments. Not as much in here.
iPhone user here, but I love both. They both have their advantages and disadvantages and I’ve tried both. iPhone just better suits me. I am a techie but I do not need my phone to do admin-level tasks so I just prefer iOS. But Android is amazing too.
What your saying is quite rare and feels odd to hear 😂
It's a myth that you are restricted to the app store on iOS. There are plenty third-party app stores for iOS too.
"Google didn't deem it worthy for installation" Nice hint at the tech monopolies censorship.
Bro u can sideload app on ios using cydia imapctor or tutu app or other app stores
Yes you can be you need to jailbreak do so. Normal on Android because you can out the box.
Roger Pham you don’t need to jailbreak to use Cydia Impactor or TutuApp, but if you don’t wanna get revoked you have to jailbreak
Loved this video. ❤
apple would dominate world if they just give more customization and expandable storages.... with latest ios they actually aded widgets and more customization to home screen, but still..... why they dont want billions more, ikd....
I have an iPod right now, since right now I use Google Voice as a phone, and I'm TOTALLY considering switching BACK to my Galaxy S6, just because I find I can do more with Android than iOS.
Hey what about backing up everything from recovery mode
No, I do it through EDL mode 😁 Just in case take a backup of the EFS or modem partitios first 😉
Call notifications..
instead of full screen call UI
Shihaam Abdul Rahman Can get small call UI with jailbreak! “CallBarXI” tweak
@@_dallas_ Jailbreaking doesn't count, fucktard.
You can have a emulator of Android on your Android device 👌
Who wants a phone that dies in a hour to 20 min
What I love of Android is Emulators for consoles like SNES, GBA, MAME etc... I heard that in iOS Emulators are inexistent or that they are not good enough as in Android.
So I'm staying in Android.
Wish you had a link to a list of the differences so I could read them. Sometimes you talk so fast describing the differences that it skips right past me. But thanks for the video. Great subject
I just received my OnePlus 8 Pro after 10 years of iPhone. I have to get used to some gestures. But i love the USB C and full access to my phone.
Neither face ID nor fingerprints offer any protection from overzealous police or border guards searching your phone. Passwords do.
Use fingerprint for ease of use at home. Use lockdown mode to turn off all biometrics and require password use. A judge/court can compel you to unlock your device with a fingerprint, but not your password.
Thanks, I'm interested in the aspect of doing"anything"to my Android phone, could you show us how to delete Facebook? I don't use it but it keeps updating and I don't trust it.
Look up how to root your phone. *fair warning it does void your warranty* Then you should be able to delete Facebook. And do a bunch of other stuff.
I am mainly treating my phone as a computer, downloading and saving files off of the Internet. One thing that Android does way better than iOS is the file system.
Sure, iOS is designed with security in mind, but I do not need that much security, nor do I want that extra power.
I want full customisation, I want to share files properly without the need for restrictive software, and I WANT CHEAPER options.
I don't want to choose a side, but Android is better, Apple just treat you as a child.
Being a new Samsung Galaxy owner I've found your Android videos very helpful. Thxs.
On ios, you can access apps files but only for certain apps. It almost never works but it can be done.
Android is better by a looooooonngggg shot
But the isheep think otherwise, really sucks that half the world is getting scammed
@@user-md3is4dq2d hey people have preferences, iPhones are good phones just the prices are a bit high
@@itsmeSmile they are good, but why would you prefer to pay 4x what you need to? You can't do as much with an iPhone. The only excuse apple users have is the ecosystem, which they have placed themselves inside of.
@@user-md3is4dq2d yes i would pay that much, iPhones are good and will get 5 years of software support and a good resale value if i ever want to sell the device
@@itsmeSmile 5 years of support, 1 year till it slows down because of said software. Resale value is one of the few things that does hold up with iPhones, but that just means they will continue to get more expensive.
Yea its cheaper to buy SDCard storage it’s also MUCH slower than normal Internal Storage
What a great excuse, and not significantly slower
Not an excuse its much slower than normal internal storage.
@@beartn and what's your point? That's not a reason to buy an iPhone
JQuery Lol I never said it was just making a point.
Answer is simple.. android is the hero.
Because it is s7pppsed to be an os which it is... not an overrated abstract painting.
My Mom:- Where is BACK button
I do not find multiple user useful. Its not a computer in which it is usually shared between the family members and each have their own user profiles. Mobile phones are personal device and everyone has their own. If anyone needs to access other phone, having specific lock would be better option as iphone has lock in notes, gallery and so.
Can I download the features?
No, but you can download more ram.
One BIG one, smart unlock, I truly missed that for the 4 months I was on an iPhone.
I have a droid, ZTE blade. I added 32 gig's on my phone, how do i get playstore to download everything on it. The directions on you tube seem complicated. Any easier ideas, help?
Next video: 7 iPhone features that Android doesn't have
Like what. Other than software updates?
I can see Android and Apple have have one thing good about them the App Store away better than Kindle because the app stores are terrible that's the reason why people download Google Play on their tablet because it's terrible they barely have any app on the app store and if they do is a vanilla version of the app
Tap to wake is a really cool feature
the best feature is rooting and not slowing down your phone
rappingninjaYT rooting Can slow down your iPhone especially if you do 1 little thing wrong while rooting, like installing an unknown app and it happens to be a virus in it, if you’re rooting it makes it a lot easier for the virus to reach your root
1. I'm early!
2. Another feature would be system font customization. You can change the font size and type. On iOS, I belive you can only change the size.
That's not something in stock Android, I believe that's something Samsung let's you do on their phones.
Kayla Smith you can change the system font if you jailbreak which now a days is really easy almost EVERY version is jailbreakable
I just realized how much i take those day to day freedoms for granted
Apple is like communism if you think about it
Mikayel Միքայել what ?!
True
I never thought of it that way
Nobody
Thio: there is a thing called jailbreak
me: welcome to 2019, just realized?
Serious Smashing 😂😂😂 ikr it’s been around since iPhones first came out
It's ok ThioJoe, you can say Android is better :) love your vids :)
He's not saying it's better, idiot.
@@Blockly806 Thanks, ASSHOLE
Now if android could have text messages appear in blue rather than green it would be a real winner!
Android:Take that Apple >:)
Nice video 👌

Very helpful video 👌
Thanks brother 👍
Haven't you heard of app vally it's literally a app store with hacked apps free apps ones that can get u jailbreak there are a lot more
I doubt it’s that hard to get an app into google play. There’s straight up malware on that platform. Google needs to purge a lot of these devs.
