I'm a saxophonist alumni of Indiana University where Dr. Rousseau taught for a long time. I never met him nor studied with him but his successors were his former closest students, and one of them was my own professor. It was definitely a big Yamaha saxophone school, which I've owned and played on ever since, and they're all made in my birthplace prefecture, Shizuoka-Ken, Japan. We can all say that even my fellow IU alums who studied there after Dr. Rousseau left can easily say we have the 'Rousseau' in all of us! R.I.P. Eugene, you lived such a long wonderful life and left us a prominent legacy.
