Why do I love Aerith so much? Everything in this scene here is symbolic of and has been touched by her: the green of everything, the flowers, the sound of the wind and the water, birds singing, the calm, the peace, the sunlight...and sour-attitude Cloud standing there with a really, really cute basket of flowers in his arms XD

I still have faith that we can save Aerith since FF7 Remake is a new journey than the old one FF7 Remake is actually in another timeline, not as the original one. There are many evidences for this. First, Aerith was scared before they enter the portal to fight fate, Aerith was scared that he had to warn Cloud because she doesn't know what will happen anymore after that, she doesn't know anymore if she will die or not. Second, the Sephiroth in the FF7 Remake is most likely the same as the Sephiroth after what happened in the original game. Sephiroth warns Cloud about the 7 seconds which is where Sephiroth in the original game, 7 seconds was his time to kill Aerith. Sephiroth in the FF7 Remake told that to Cloud, a clear evidence that Sephiroth was from the original game, the old timeline. Third, the ending of the FF7 Remake, due to the fact that we fought fate, A new future holds just as it was said, "The Unknown Journey Begins" before the credits. So we're actually on a new journey, Not as the old one. Now we can't know what will happen since Aerith doesn't have a clue of what will happen anymore due to the fact that they will no longer have the same fate as before.
Before seeing that Aerith's home looks like in the remake, I would never have thought that a garden with rusty mechanical junk could look so beautiful. The magic of Final Fantasy can make anything reality.

This video just made me think... Squenix should release some ambient active wallpapers for android. they could make a small fortune on that alone. I mean what sane Final Fantasy fan wouldn't want Airith's lovely garden as their tablet/phone background?
I agree 100%. My very first thought before I left my game sitting to record this was exactly that, especially for a theme on PS4 or something. There are some fantastic artists and animators in the community that might be able to make something like that happen one day, but you can never know for sure. Here's to hoping!
They’d do it but charge you £10 per wallpaper.. Squarenix are the Disney of video gaming. £20 for FF8 on the iOS store haha they literally commit daylight robbery, 8 is my 2nd favourite FF game but £20 for a game I can get a black label ps1 copy of for the same price.. no thanks
I agree. A while back when I was searching for Aeriths theme from the remake, someone had posted a video with her theme from the remake and it was her looking at the sky as was the regular back drop but it showed the wind, had motions in the background. As I listened to it I felt closer to Aerith and I actually missed her from the game when she died. That's how powerful the animations were to me. It evoked such emotion that even though I was a kid when I first saw her die. I felt more now than I did before.
There are a few places in the OG that we left running simply to listen to the music. Aeris' house, Costa Del Sol, Cosmo Canyon, Wutai and Aeris' Chruch. I'm on my second playthrough and I'm determined to move through the chapters slowly to really take in moments like this. I love this game so much. Both the past and present versions of it.
Even the small changes they made for ff7r song have such a powerful effect not going lie first time hearing this almost brought me to tears. Something about ff music just gives me the feels.
Just thought I'd make a quick comment. Thank you for uploading this. I was never a fan of FF7 until last year when I played the remake. Suffice to say, when it first came out, the world wasnt in the best state and none of it was doing my mental health any good. Looking back (and this may sound sappy) but I think FF7 Remake may be the most important game I've played to myself. I've never been so enveloped in a game world and lore so quickly. It is the perfect game for escapsim imo. No politics, no commentary, just creativity and passion. The music truly helped me aswell. Potentially the greatest soundtrack ever made for a video game. So thank you for letting me relive my first experience with this wonderful game. Take Care. :)
I can relate. I too went through some mental health problems with all this covid stuff. Even with all the chaos and crap that filled 2020, this game, alone, made suffering through that year worth it and helped me get through 2020. I've never been so attached to a game and it's world and characters more than FF7R and it was just what I needed in that moment of time. Something to give me hope and to come back to so as to find some peace and relaxation with everything that was going on. I've heard so many people say the same thing about this game. It truly is a masterpiece honestly. Glad this game was able to help you, like it did for me and so many others
i adore this game as well and relate to your sentiments about it except for the no politics part. ff7 has a clear environmental message and criticizes a greedy corporation haha. also, the way the wealthy in midgar are literally at the top, while the slums where the poor reside are at the bottom. not picking a fight btw, this game's message is something that just makes me love it even more.
@@umuwu Not to mention the moral ambiguity of playing as a bunch of eco terrorists that blow up a reactor and people with it, as mentioned in the original. It wrestles with the idea of whether or not you're playing as a villain and if Avalanche are actually good or bad.
This entire game in general, but this set piece in particular, is a love-letter to the kids we used to be. The original level design was wonderful, if simple; and here it is, rendered in high resolution, with significantly more detail than the original hardware permitted. It isn't an exaggeration to say that this title kept me sane when I had to quarantine; it felt almost like summertime in 1997, playing FF7 again at my parents' home. Oh, Square. You've made a lot of mistakes, but this was a knockout.
When i walked around the corner for the first time and saw aeirths house and this music started playing i just completely lost it I love this game so much
Aerith has been my husbands favorite character of anything since he was 7. He hyped the game and i grew attached to Aerith in the same way (she is everything i want to be). And boy... I was not ready. Aerith is something so special that the hurt is physical and real. When this part of the story came to a close, I cried for hours. I could keep going if I think about it too much.
I think if we all get along.....in this dysfunctional world we live in ! Maybe we will feel the presence, of kindness remembering Aerith as our leader of Hope.
In the heart of the bustling city of Midgar, there lies a hidden oasis known as Aerith's Garden. Tucked away from the chaos and noise of the urban landscape, this serene sanctuary is a place of tranquility and beauty. The garden is a testament to the resilience of nature, as it thrives amidst the concrete and steel of the city. Aerith, the tender-hearted and enigmatic flower seller, is the guardian of this magical place. With her gentle touch and nurturing spirit, she tends to the vibrant array of flowers and plants that bloom in the garden. Each blossom holds a story, a memory, and a whisper of hope, and Aerith knows them all. The garden is a place of solace for those seeking respite from the trials of daily life. Its winding paths and lush greenery offer a sense of peace and renewal to all who enter. The air is filled with the sweet scent of blossoms, and the sound of trickling water from a small, crystal-clear stream adds to the garden's enchanting ambiance. Visitors to Aerith's Garden often find themselves drawn to the ancient, towering tree that stands at its center. Its gnarled branches reach towards the sky, as if reaching for the stars themselves. Many believe that the tree holds a special kind of magic, and that it has been a silent witness to the joys and sorrows of countless generations. Aerith's Garden is not just a place of beauty, but also a place of healing. Those who are burdened by sorrow or uncertainty often find comfort and guidance within its embrace. It is said that the garden has a way of soothing troubled hearts and bringing clarity to clouded minds. But amidst the tranquility, there is an undercurrent of mystery that surrounds Aerith's Garden. Whispers of ancient legends and forgotten prophecies linger in the air, hinting at a deeper significance to this seemingly ordinary place. Some believe that the garden holds the key to unlocking the secrets of the planet itself, and that its true purpose has yet to be revealed. As the sun sets over Midgar, casting a warm glow over the garden, one can't help but feel that there is something truly extraordinary about Aerith's Garden. It is a place where the boundaries between the natural and the supernatural blur, and where the power of love and hope is palpable in every petal and leaf. And as long as Aerith tends to her beloved garden, its magic will continue to weave its spell over all who seek its embrace.

Maybe a weird question but where did you get this thumbnail? The editing looks really unique, I want to know the name of the style or the sliders/tools that made it look like this. Thanks for the upload.
Still don't understand how this can exist on the slum. Surely this does not exist just because Aerith lives here. But if so, how the fuck did Elmyra get the best plot on Midgar?
The Japanese translation at the time couldn't make out the "th" sound and made it "s" instead; later on it was changed to "th" since the original premise was to make her name sound like "Earth". It's happened to other things as well
In the original FFVII, her default name is Aerith, but the character name dialog sets it to Aeris. (Think how Cloud starts as Ex-SOLDIER) If you skip naming Aerith, she'll be called Aerith. Calling her Aeris was a last-second change that Square regretted. Even the debug menu can't decide between Aerith, Aeris, and Earisu.

When i was still a child, thats when i played this game for the first time And for some reason(me still at young age), i knew the game was intentionally making cloud and aerith to be together And that moment i realize how its sad seeing tifa where she obviously liking cloud while they(the game) making cloud liking aerith And thats the moment i love tifa more than aerith, tifa is just a human and a side character while aerith is the heroine she is literally a hero that can save planet, i know its intentional for her to be with cloud (the main character) but still i cant and dont want cloud to be together with aerith cause tifa deserve him more cause i know tifa been liking cloud since their childhood
I feel like Tifa deserves better than Cloud :( She deserves happiness. Cloud is still broken over Zack and Aerith's death. If I was with someone like that it would be so hard for me because the person I like wouldn't reciprocate the same feelings. In Advent Children, their relationship seemed so distant.
Its kind of sad, Tifa tries but can't make Cloud open up to her for his scars to be healed and don't think like "who deserves who" when love and partnership is more like "who can fill the pieces that are missing"
I prefer Tifa and Cloud together but I think Tifa's problem is that she's a little too shy and hesitant when it comes to Cloud. And I get it, she doesn't want to lose him. It can be scary to confess your love to a childhood friend. But Aerith is more straightforward with Cloud and makes the moves first imo, maybe he prefers that. I don't know.

Then we should work hard to better ourselves to feel deserving of her ;D

I think, you are the only one who made a video of areith’s background, nice step for you, i hope you continue doing stuff like that, especially the moments that doesn’t takes any attention from players 🤍🤍🤍🤍
Thanks man! I'm really happy to hear that I'm providing videos of things people are looking for! Seriously, really good to hear!
And wallpapers*!
* Look at my phone *
.. !
This is so tranquil and helped me concentrate while working, thank you for uploading this
I'm glad to hear its helping people so much! Thank you for watching :)
I love and miss Remake so much!! Thank you for the beautiful upload
Even the small changes they made for ff7r song have such a powerful effect not going lie first time hearing this almost brought me to tears. Something about ff music just gives me the feels.
Cloud looks so cute with his little flower basket 🥰
@@umuwu I think it was so perfectly done, the commentary was almost invisible. It just felt right.
@@umuwu Not to mention the moral ambiguity of playing as a bunch of eco terrorists that blow up a reactor and people with it, as mentioned in the original. It wrestles with the idea of whether or not you're playing as a villain and if Avalanche are actually good or bad.
This has been saved to my UA-cam favorites list and is my go-to for cancelling out the noisy sounds of the world so I can sit in peace. Thank you.
Listening to this on my phone really helps mellow me out when I'm at work and stressed or grumpy.
Thank you.
Although many prefer Tifa all the way, Aerith carries such purity & assuring aura to her which I personally love her as a character.
this is beautiful. cant wait for FF7R part 2
I'm super excited for it as well! Let's hope it's as good as FF7R1
Damn, forgot how beautiful this was. My game of the year for 2020. Gonna be sad when the final part comes out and we get nothing else from this world
When i walked around the corner for the first time and saw aeirths house and this music started playing i just completely lost it I love this game so much
Aerith has been my husbands favorite character of anything since he was 7. He hyped the game and i grew attached to Aerith in the same way (she is everything i want to be). And boy... I was not ready. Aerith is something so special that the hurt is physical and real. When this part of the story came to a close, I cried for hours. I could keep going if I think about it too much.
Thanks! Have been listening to it while studying, perfect!
I replayed this three times today while working on scripts for my upcoming videos,
So relaxing, I wanna live at Aeriths House
I think if we all get along.....in this dysfunctional world we live in ! Maybe we will feel the presence, of kindness remembering Aerith as our leader of Hope.
It's a beautiful day outside.
Birds are singing, flowers are blooming.
On days like these, kids like you...
....should be burning in hell
Or lie down, relax and get head pats :)
@@animax2821 Also a good outcome :)
I love her even when she is polygon ,in primary school and im still 7 years old when play the game, even i cry when she died T,T

I love this keep em coming
I want to live here.

Maybe a weird question but where did you get this thumbnail? The editing looks really unique, I want to know the name of the style or the sliders/tools that made it look like this. Thanks for the upload.
Seeing someone besides me who cares to have Cloud's materia layout the same as the cinematic's
Still don't understand how this can exist on the slum. Surely this does not exist just because Aerith lives here. But if so, how the fuck did Elmyra get the best plot on Midgar?
Everyone there live in pile of garbage and shitty house, and then there's this place. Cute house with a nice garden and a freakin' waterfall.
good stuff right here.
Why does my copy of FF7 suggest her default name as Aeris instead of Aerith
The Japanese translation at the time couldn't make out the "th" sound and made it "s" instead; later on it was changed to "th" since the original premise was to make her name sound like "Earth". It's happened to other things as well
@@tehmaimed thank you that makes so much sense. Have a good one
In the original FFVII, her default name is Aerith, but the character name dialog sets it to Aeris. (Think how Cloud starts as Ex-SOLDIER)
If you skip naming Aerith, she'll be called Aerith. Calling her Aeris was a last-second change that Square regretted. Even the debug menu can't decide between Aerith, Aeris, and Earisu.
Hi! I am a student writing a research paper. May I know why you made and upload this video about Aerith's House? Your answer will really help me in my paper. Thank you.

batting, wat happened to them..?
When i was still a child, thats when i played this game for the first time
And for some reason(me still at young age), i knew the game was intentionally making cloud and aerith to be together
And that moment i realize how its sad seeing tifa where she obviously liking cloud while they(the game) making cloud liking aerith
And thats the moment i love tifa more than aerith, tifa is just a human and a side character while aerith is the heroine she is literally a hero that can save planet, i know its intentional for her to be with cloud (the main character) but still i cant and dont want cloud to be together with aerith cause tifa deserve him more cause i know tifa been liking cloud since their childhood
❤
well it is nice, but can someone call back the texture on the wood in front ? :' )
It's really bad, I know. It's the same with the flowers in the garden scene with Aerith. The games been out for a long time so I doubt they'll ever fix those random bad textures but really... who knows? :') Maybe one day
