Ridge Road Campground Walk 4K

Our walk around Ridge Road campground in Appling, GA. It's a gorgeous campground run by the US Army Corps of Engineers - with most sites having water & electric. The only ones that didn't were the ones 43-48 that are on a little peninsula to themselves (we did have an outhouse though)! There's at least one swimming beach area and a couple of bathhouses with showers. Also have dumpsters/recylcing too.

You should totally do campground reviews. Nice job. We've camped on the SC side of the lake/Sav River, but never on the GA side. Looks like a nice place. Thanks for the video as always!

Thank you! I'll probably be doing a few more ... hoping to hit up Tsali sometime this month! That whole area down around Clarks Hill is nice though ... and it's hard to beat a lake view! Hopefully, you'll get an opportunity to check it out!

It was site 47 ... it's the one I thought I'd booked based on the photos on a website I'd found. Turns out I got the spot next door ... honestly neither of them was a bad spot (but if you were looking to use a hammock - 47 would definitely be preferred) :) The one I was in had the nice beach area which my dog absolutely loved ... which was site 46.
