Melbourne to Newcastle Via Mount Beauty: Melbourne to Gold Coast - Aussie East Coast Trip Part 1

After 5 months in Mount Beauty, Victoria, we are moving to the Gold Coast, Queensland. In this first part of our epic East Coast adventure, we head to Melbourne to pick up our rental car, before returning to Mount Beauty to pack our life's belongings.
The next day we hit the road, stopping at the iconic Ettamogah Pub near Albury, then another photo opportunity at the Dog on the Tuckerbox in Gundagai. From there, it is on to the NSW town of Gunning for lunch before an afternoon driving through Sydney and across the Harbour Bridge. We reach the beautiful town of Brooklyn on the Hawksbury River for a coffee and a walk at sun set. We covered a lot of distance and some gorgeous locations in our first day and this is just the beginning!

Thank you! It was a great trip still, albeit in the midst of uncertainty. We had a great time. There are so many gems of places to visit in Australia. In our next video, we’ll take a look at some of the gorgeous places in NSW from Newcastle North. We hope to see you then!
