According to the foot pressure points, my stomach is slightly bad... but that much I already knew. I've been able to stand and jump on mats like those before. The issues I've got are likely stress induced, and due to unstable eating times the recent weeks. Oh well, not like anyone cares, I'm just talking to myself, really.
