LOL Laura, the champagne bottle! I used to work at a restaurant and we were taught how to do it for table side service - NO RISK. You peel off the foil, twist off the wire, and tent a cloth over the cork, leaving an excess of about 5 inches of cloth toward the top. Grip the cloth with one hand and start to wiggle the cork out with the other. The tent contains the cork and it pops off nicely. Then, you have the cork contained and everyone's eyes are in tact! It comes through every one of your vlogs that bright, sunny and golden disposition. Just last night, my husband and I were watching some of your cooking videos and he brought up the time you gave me the shout out on the funnel cake video. You have been blessed with many talents and gifts and it truly shines through in every way. That day, I was feeling so down because I had been sick for a long time and thought I would not ever get well enough to even see this very day. I just woke up one morning and viewed your video and you gave me a shout out! I realize that has been months ago, but I will not ever forget how my blessing came through you that day. It'd be interesting to see frozen tomato sauce, frozen soup (can you freeze a soup if it contains cream?), how to freeze fresh fruit and veg to have when not in season.
That's almost exactly what I was going to say. Would love to see all of those and the pizza's you mentioned. Also can you explain more about freezing your bread - how do you thaw? how long can you leave then in the freezer? and can you freeze individual dough rolls and pop then in the oven as needed to bake or let them thaw? that sort of thing. Thank you for all you do. You guys make me laugh so hard I cry sometimes. And it's nice to see even the pros can get a little flustered at times with that plastic wrap! Hi laura! Id like to know how you can freeze pizza dough in general, just maybe a tip to include in the series or something. I'm just curious if it should go in right after its kneaded or let it rise then punch it down then freeze. Then what do you do when you take it out, will it rise again? Etc

Oh Laura....You should invest in some cake circles and restaurant size plastic wrap! That way you could cater-wrap your pizzas and it would make your freezing process SOOOO much easier! :)
Frozen soups and chili. Plz also show how to defrost them and reheat them. Question: if you have freshly baked goods like muffins or cakes, if you freeze them will they taste okay?
It would be great if you could do some freezer options sooner, so when some of us are off with our kids for holiday break, we have some ideas while we are off.
hey laura maybe you should invest in the plastic wrap with the little sliding cutter, thats the one i always use! i think it might save you from a lot of headaches :)
I saw u had issues with your plastic wrap. You should poke holes one on each end of the box. Push a little bit of the cardboard into the box from the holes so that way the roll of plastic has something that's holding it down in the box so when you roll out the plastic the whole role doesn't come out of the box. I saw it in a lifehaque video. It works! Hope that helps Laura!
Wow Laura I would love love to see your frozen meals..I would absolutely love to see meals that could be prepared on a weekend so there could be a meal Mon~Friday.
